No it isn't difficult. You just have to make your filling on the side and then purchase the dumpling rice paper. You put a tiny scoop of the filling and then fold the dumpling paper. My grandma knows how to make pretty designs (flower-lookalikes). I put tofu, chinese noodles, chives, a tablespoon of soy sauce, salt, pepper into mine. You can either boil them in water or fry them! You can steam them too of course.

My stomach hurts. I think I'm coming down with something. My family and I worked outside all day and I forgot to wear a jacket. Plus I have 5 sores in my mouth. 2 on my tounge and 3 on my lower lip

I would make you some too Kirin! It's Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving) on September 30 so my family and I are gifting our friends and neighbors with homemade dumplings.

Dumplings are yummy :) I love them in gravy.

Ohh you can also do a combo on them I fry one side of them then steam them till fully cooked so they are soft but have a bit of a crisp edge to them. :) Thats what I am making..lol

@ Spunky yeah it comes out great and makes it easier to pick them up if you want to dip them in sauce.. the kids love them that way to because it changes the texture. :)

Ivvy: I'm thinking of making nutella wontons for the cooking competition. I might try your technique on that.
