Meanwhile on Jotenheim things were finally improving. With the much needed supplies, at the very least the sister's lives were certainly improved.

It seemed Loki had paid quite a small fortune on his trip to Midguarid. Or perhaps tricked his way into getting the supplies. They had solar panels, wiring, soil, gardening supplies, sand, power tools, concrete, enough lumber to rebuild the titanic, coffee beans, tea bags, a whole Chapters worth of books, medical supplies, steel, iron, gun powder, pink insulation, piping .... you name it, Loki probably had it tucked away in his pocket dimension.

Vesta had gotten right to work, ordering the springlings around as they converted a section of the castle into much warm living quarters/ green house. Pallas and Juno also helped/ were volentold what to do; installing solar panels on the roof, fitting all the once open windows with tasteful blue and purple stain glass windows which could be opened with the latch.

Celeste worked with a large group of springlings and what seemed like a whole store worth of fabrics.

Within a week of their return, all of the guards wore sashes of shimmering blue. The girls rooms' had been redone to provide better warmth and several of the castle's windows had been covered in the stainglass windows, bright banners hanging from them.

With all these supplies, the girls were much more focused on other things to do and much progress was being done.

Which left Loki to finally be able to focus on the things he needed to do. Despite everything however it seemed that the Frost Giants still seemed to be of two minds in his regard. Some loved the changes, others despised them and Frost Giants were not a subtle race either. Death threats and the occasional assassination were still coming on a regular basis though as Loki pointed out at one point, "I wouldn't be doing my job if no one wanted me dead"

Gifts of lumber and brightly coloured scarves and sashes were sent out to all the tribe leaders.

Loki had been spending quite some time, coming and going between Jotenheim and Midgard though he no longer took any of the girls with him. Whenever he left, Vesta was in charge and in fact, she was the only one who even knew what he was doing-preparing to overtake Midgard.
