I would love it if they give us that hair. It is amazing. And the body is gorgeous. It feels a little packed, though. Like her tail is a little extra mooshed? Or maybe it's because it's rather broad at the bend, so she looks like she just has a bit of a chunky tail. It's still amazing, though. The pattern and pixeling of it is just amazing. You definitely have a skill. Why can't you be one of our pixel pixies?! D: Your designs have such good depth.

ahh I agree Suona! i didnt want her tail to be too thin tho, so I just left it as so. i was thinking of having the lower end in front of the thigh part? of the tail but that didnt look well in the space..

i think the rock shading is throwing it off too anyway. :P but the rock wasnt important, i just wanted to get the tail drawn somewhat.

You have a nice start with that mermaid - I feel like the hair is so incredibly flat though. I don't really do hair - but I look at what wishie does with her hair and I feel like your hair could have more detail and depth! To be honest I feel the same about the tail and the rock as well.

I like the posing. I think it's really clever. The rock and tail would come together? Because that its the only way it would block the entirety of the legs...I think if you did some work with depth and detail, this could be a big benefit to the items :) I realize you said it was a sketch...so encourage you to continue working on it!

haha yes, there is no shading on the piece, so that would.explain the flatness. It is just an outline :)

for the rock, i know it is quite ugly, but I was more focused on just drawing the idea put that the quality. i spent 10 minutes on this. XD i dont plan on finishing it..which may perplex ppl..

not sure what to do about the really bold outline around the body area...hmm

i loves the yumeh tank top and mr mayor i also love that WIG and the tub tops ROCK.. those would go great with simple modifications and i could so see some with ruffles.. who doesn't like ruffles?

Could you use a lighter shade in that area to brighten the outline a bit? It is really really in your face :P The folds are lovely though.

Yeah, I definitely agree with you about the lighter color. I think I didnt use that before because it looked too boring with the white chocolate color. But colors can be replaced easily 8)

Decided to do orchid and caramel instead. I also edited small parts of shading.

The lighter color looks much better :) And I like the orchid better than the caramel as well!

I think I will mess with the shading a bit more and then recolor them all. I definitely want to use the damson/damask palette. It's so lovely <3
