its true. i was having a freak out the day that they told me that i wasnt going to be hired... but then i thought about my previous job... which was horrible. there was workplace bulling and endless humiliation, frustrations and pain. I smarted up pretty quick.

they wont. because im still working there on contract. all hiring me does is force them to give me vacation, a raise, and benefits. why would they want to do that?
