They're really good. Even though the cream cheese filling sort of erupted from the centers like volcanoes. So now I have carrot cream cheese volcano muffins :rofl:

These are sort of cupcakes. They're carrot cake muffins. The "frosting" is on the inside. :D

Nope. I've never had a Tim Horton's carrot muffin. I was using a recipe I found on pinterest :D

I'm ok Wifey, have to sleep soon since I have work super early today. Bleh. But I slept so much this afternoon and had so much caffeine for that migraine, I'm not sleepy now :gonk:

We don't even have Tim Hortons around here any more. One night they just all closed and all the employees were out of work the next day.

Dunkin Donuts owns this town anyway. There are two within a half a mile of each other near my work. On the same road. One directly next door and one about a block away.

The one next to us is a drive thru only Dunkin Donuts, but the one down the street has no drive thru. I guess people are so damn lazy, they needed to open a whole new Dunkin Donuts just for them to get their coffee without leaving their cars!
