Is anyone else getting bored of this? Every day it seems like it's something new but it doesn't go anywhere. I personally am getting pretty fed up hearing it everywhere. I was certainly shocked and am curious to know how she died, and am sorry that she's dead, but just shut up about it and I'll be fine. I know I am only spinning the irony wheel by making a thread about it. But I guess it's just venting my media frustrations.

  • I usually don't leave my television on channels that talk about this stuff, but I do tend to leave it on the E! segment before How I Met Your Mother on monday nights on CBS. And I really am quite sick of hearing about it.

No offense to the broad, she was a media icon and all, but I don't really give a damn about a well-endowed blonde playboy bimbo anymore. I've had my fill of people like her, even in death. ._____.

I pretty much am disgusted with the way this is going. I feel sorry that she's dead too, but enough is enough... when they actually find out HOW she died, or WHO the father is, THEN report it. But we don't need a 24 hour broadcast about the same thing over and over again.

The worst thing is, we have soldiers fighting for our country and when something happens to them, all we get on the news is a little tidbit of a story... but when a celebrity dies, it's all over the news 24 hours a day for months. It's rediculous where the newstations and broadcasters priorities are.

  • This is wayy over reported. I wish the news would actually show things relevant to today's society. If she weren't a celebrity, noone would care.

Ugh, I feel so bad for the woman. Would you really be surprised if she'd killed herself with all this crap going on around her? Have they even released what her cause of death was? I stopped paying attention.

I feel so bad for that little baby. They just need to do the darn paternity test and be over with it! Stop all of this stupid court battling over her. She just needs to go to someone permanently instead of being thrown around.

She'll be followed for life like her mother was over something incredibly dumb. D:

Ugh.

I'm so sick of hearing about her.
She was a pretty lame person, but now that she's dead, people care?

And what's this shit about an Anna Nicole MOVIE?!
Grawr!

She was a very strange celebrity -- very Zsa Zsa, famous for being famous. (Everyone always confuses Zsa Zsa with Eva Gabor, her sister, who actually did act in quite a lot of things Zsa Zsa just kind of hung out in Hollywood, did nothing.)

It's very sad that CNN opts to become a softcore porn news outlet by showing her video loops over and over again -- but you know, I don't even get cable anymore. I watch the college PBS station (we have two PBS stations here) and the Korean channel. And I'm not even Korean, they just have better dramas on the whole than US networks.

Anyway, the point is that it's choice, The main stations want to muck up their airwaves, its their funeral, no pun intended.

One of the saddest things I think is the way people used to make fun of her when she was alive. Not just on tv, but people in general. When her reality show was on or when she started the TrimSpa commercials, or even when it would just show her, people would comment on how she must be on drugs, or how big her chest was, or how much of a bimbo she was. Now that she's dead, she's this celebrity that everyone supposedly seemed to care about.

Yeah, I would more call that pathetic and shallow on everyone's part. If you're going to hate someone, stay true after they've died. People seem to do that though. You can't say something negative about a person if they've just died, even if you've disliked them for their entire life.
I made fun of her during her life; I thought it was pathetic how she married a rich man 50+ years older than her, and when he died, she said she did it for love, not money ( but that didn't stop her from suing over inheritance money). She appeared on national television, high and just strung out, and people made fun of her. After she was dead? They said, " Oh poor thing, she must have been struggling with such demons."
But yeah. Not to dig up this post from being dead ( ahaha.) for no reason, but I just had more to say.

I feel bad that she died, and I feel even worse for the child. They should have done the DNA test immediately after Anna Nicola died so that all this crap in court wouldn't have the happen.
It would be nice if they stopped reporting only the minor details, as well. It's getting a bit irritating.

Yeah, it's terrible that she died, but ... ugh! They don't have to make such a big deal about it. I mean, I didn't even know about her when she was alive, and so I don't think she was all that famous, but now-- everywhere-- I'm hearing her name. -_-; Plus, they should just report all the important questions as soon as they get the information, instead of bothering us with every step of the judicial process and every sneeze of the jury. It used to be all Court TV was reporting. At least now it's not that bad.

I feel more sorry for her young daughter. :( Losing both her brother and her mother in less than a year, and now she has strangers fighting over her because of money. It's pathetic how so many people are coming out of nowhere claiming to love her, know who the "real" father is, and always saying they want the "best" for her. Please...it's so OBVIOUS that those people just want attention.

I remember LOLing so loud when the Trimspa founder's wife blasted that wrestler Chyna for being an attention whore.

Actually Wikipedia notes that "Zsa Zsa Gabor appeared in over 75 films (some unknown titles and years), has made hundreds upon hundreds of television appearances, and starred in many plays and musicals."

Given her age of 90, it is kind of logical that alot of these parts were in the 40's 50's and 60's, before my time

As for the Anna Nicole thing, it is a shame to keep bringing it up in the news when there really is nothing new to report.

Anna Nicole is not really a Celebrity. All she is famous for is posing for Play boy and marrying a 90 some old oil tycoon and going to court because she didn't get her cut in the money he left behind. And it is getting old, even now I turn on the TV and hear about Anna Nicole or her baby Danielynn. That is going to be one messed up kid with all the comparing and saying that she is Anna Nicole's kid. they should leave the kid alone to live her own life without the shadow and being ever known as Anna Nicole's kid.
