I noticed there was no thread after another user mentioned having steam, so I thought a thread for steam would be nice to have.

I've been using steam for a very long time to play a multitude of games from Portal Knights, to Stardew Valley, to an MMO called Eldevin.

What kind of Steam games have you been playing lately?

I love steam! I have a ton of games, I always get them on sale during the summer sale or the other sales that steam has.

Lately I've been super addicted to Don't Starve, as always. I really love mods for that game they are great. There is a Deadpool mod that I simple adore! And an MMORPG mod as well that works great!!

I've been playing a game called Endless Legend on steam lately. I have a Mac, so my game choice is limited but I have Civilisation V, Portal, Transistor (which I should really play), Cities Skylines, Half life, and Team Fortress 2. I also have fallout new vegas but that only works on PC. I bought it when I was using my brother's laptop.

I feel your pain, I also have a Mac and my game choice is quite limited as well. I also have a really old (7 yr old) dell that I play some pc games on, but I rather use my Mac because it runs better. I always get super sad when the games I want are PC only.

How does a seven year old Dell even run???? Those things are terrible new!

Right now, I've been playing Tree of Savior. Quite a bit, actually.

I also have waaaaay too many games on my account, from redeeming all my Humble Bundle purchases from the past, gosh, 7 years? :O

Some of my favorites that I've played on there have been Bastion, Transistor, Hatoful Boyfriend, Don't Starve, Machinarium, and Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP.

I haven't been on Steam in a while, but I was obsessing on Don't Starve for a while last year. I've also been picking away at Portal, and I'm looking forward to sinking my teeth into The Long Dark. Oh, and also I am working on downloading Bioshock Infinite, but my download speeds are pretty slow (and shared with my family) and it's 30-odd GBs, so it's taking foreeeeeevvvveeeerrrr. (Gosh, my life is so hard. )

Don't starve together sounded like a lot of fun but nobody would get it to play with me so I gave up and found other games.

Oh yeah, I also have Terraria which I still need to finish coring out my map. I was turning it into an empty shell of a world the past few years.

I think it's magic? Idk man, I only ever replaced the battery once believe it or not, and I don't think I ever replaced the hard drive? It doesn't have any security on it anymore and all I do is place sims games and steam games on it, but I think it's gonna die soon now because I tried to download winzip and I don't think it turned out very well...

I think we had a compaq for nearly 10-15 years and it's somehow still running. Really depends on care and what you use it for.

honestly I didn't take the best care of it, gave it three trojan horses at one time (my mmorpg gaming days) but it still lives

I'm seriously impressed to be honest.

I once fixed a neighbors computer with somewhere between 40 and 50 trojan downloaders (among the other host of viruses on it), but it somehow managed to survive and recover some things. Ended up working perfectly after a reformat. I haven't a clue how that didn't do damage.

Some laptops are very resilient, I'm just hoping this dell can survive through college so I'll have something to play my pc games on! (I have a Macbook for all of my school work)

I wish I still had my laptop, but the motherboard on the one I had burned out. I think I still have the hard drive someplace; I really need to get an enclosure for it and see if there's anything I wanna grab from it.

Someone should make a Menewsha steam group! I would definitely like to get a good game of Don't Starve going.

I considered getting that game at one point but nobody would play with me so I never bought it.
