I watch so many TV shows. I go from series to series all the time. Though out of all he ones I've seen It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia is by far the best! Other series I've enjoyed:
My Name is Earl, Psych, Scrubs, Doctor Who, Doc Martin, Married with Children, Bernie Mac, Everybody Hates Chris, Monk, Futurama, Dexter... probably more. Aaha...
As for movies my two favorites are Let's go to Prison and Fire in the Sky. :)

I tend to like sci fi tv shows like Doctor Who, Warehouse 13, Star Trek (Mostly the original series and Next Generation), and Eureka. I also love Once Upon a Time as well.
Although, I must admit my guilty pleasure: Rupaul's Drag Race.

Woochi is a Korean Movie! I like it because it is funny and magical and contains action and also a bit of romance!!!!!

My favorite movie is Charlotte's Web. It has been ever since I was little. I swear that movie made me who I am today - an animal-loving, spider-loving country girl who's not ashamed to be a runt.
I don't watch much television but I do like The Colbert Report, South Park, Twilight Zone, and trivia game shows like Jeopardy.
I'm eager for the second season in Grimm, a little apprehensive though. I'm worried that it'll be more about drama, rather than elaborating on the Wesen and the actual plot.
I rent seasons of Dexter at a time, last one I watched was season five. It's not as good as the first season, but I still love the character Dexter.
My favourite tv show of all time is probably The Animals of Farthing Wood, and even with a 17 year period between first watching and rewatching as an adult

the scene where the hedgehogs were unable to cross the motorway, and embraced each other as a truck came hurtling towards them
stayed with me. It also holds up as an adult insanely well, to the point that I genuinely think it's more powerful than most dramas aimed at adults, although how much of that is nostalgia goggles is difficult to say.
Over in movies, on the other hand, and probably An American Werewolf In London. A fantastic comedy/horror with some wonderful, pre-cgi, transformation effects.

A lot of my friends make fun of me for loving Glee and Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, but I could honestly careless. Here Comes Honey Boo Boo is like roadkill, it's so bad but you can't look away. I love it, it's so funny as well.
