Okay, so here I go -- I have been thinking about starting my own hangout thread for awhile now... I just decided to go for it!

So yeah!
Not totally sure where I want this hangout to go, but I do know that the number one rule I have is be kind to one another! And hugs are a must, I love hugs!

How're you both doing?

I decided that it was time to make this thread because all the bigger threads - I tend to find myself losing where I was and hopefully this way I won't get as lost - it's more due to me getting pulled offline without warning due to my family. XD

I'm doing good. I was feeling a bit low when I came in to work this morning but I'm feeling a bit better now.

Is there such a thing as spring depression? xD

I'd think there might be? It could be SAD -- seasonal affective disorder - which usually hits in winter but summer can influence it too.

Exactly! Now hopefully I won't let it die. LOL. I seem to have weeks where I want to get on - and others where I Want nothing to do with socializing.
It doesn't help that September is yet another emotional month for me over all, plus the kids, and school, and life in general. >.< Life loves to take over my me-time. That's for sure!

You might have a point there, because I did feel mildly depressed when winter started. I thought I was being silly but apparently, it's a thing.

Real life does take priority over online life, especially with the kiddies.

It's what happens. I use to be online all the time when I was younger but nowadays, there are priorities over online time.

Disappeared there to get baths done - definitely a necessity - we had spaghetti with red pasta sauce (CAN ONE SAY MESSY THREE YEAR OLD?!), then bed time -- books read to those who demand them, and actually convinced the twins to sleep - so I have a wee bit of time now before I have to head off to bed.

Got the girls off to school. Got the twins fed, and down for nap number 1 of the day -- I should be doing laundry, I'm about to go put a load into the washer.

We have got a house viewing today! Fingers crossed that the place is as good as it seems and that the landlady finds us as suitable tenants. I'm so excited. Wish me luck!

I hope so too. I know that the landlord of the house where we live now would be happy to have us stay longer but the house is just getting too small for two couples and two teenagers.

My hubby and I would like some privacy and more space, in spite of having to live together with my brother- and sister-in-law and their two kids. >.<

That's a totally reasonable thing - wanting your own place. I can see how that'd get crowded with two couples and two teens!
