The Chore: My Bed ***
My bed is not made, not that there's much on it to really "make" a bed with. Mostly I only use the sheet because I'm paranoid about bugs crawling on me at night. I don't see many (if any, and any I do see I kill immediately. I'm a notorious bug killer >.>) but that doesn't do much to detach me from the idea. I also don't own an AC, so it's too hot to use any blankets. The blanket is there in case it decides to rain, which makes this cold. The book is there from school, study material, and good bed time reading. That pair of fluffy feet in the corner? I know you saw them. Yes, I sleep with a teddy bear. I've had him for more than a decade now and he's travelled all over canada with me, so he's not going anywhere. I may not cuddle him every night, and more often than not I'll want up and he'll be on the floor, but I know he doesn't mind. If you must know, his name is Tito. No, not after Michael Jackson's brother. It was a name I fabricated myself with a very interesting background I'll have to leave for another time. I'll admit, making my bed sure makes a big difference in spicing up the appearance of my bedroom. If I lived with someone else, someone who's opinion mattered to me enough that the state of my bed would always be left made after waking, then it probably would be in the photo. I don't live with anyone, however. So the only times I make my bed are when I clean up and when I have company over. Therefore, without having company over or having cleaned up in a couple days, my bed from this morning is left unmade.
