My dream avi has already been selected and is now in the progress of being made but it consists a lot of non event items so I shall put it on hold until I can make gold to splurge in the special events store!

Well, A Kanun is a Middle Eastern stringed musical instrument. You could go look it up on Wikipedia.

It sounds... Well, like a harp, but its sound is much higher-pitched. That's because it looks nothing like a harp and it has shorter strings.

Heh. Glad you like it. Playing it sounds easy, but it really isn't. At least the thing sounds rather pretty even in the hands of a n00b like my Mum.

XD Well I'm not sure how well she can play (since I've never heard her), but I remember learning the clarinet once and I know it can't be easy.

I play the oboe <3 and you're right, it's not easy. the first year i was playing it, I messed up on all the fingerings and had to learn it almost from the start again >.< now I'm behind everyone else Dx but not by much, I'm catching up xD
