Okay I got this idea a few days ago and I think it's funny =P
Made a mistake when making Yan. I used an object for his head and drew his face on it. The rules say-

Sooo I have the first version of Yan and then the second version of Yan with a new and improved head.
Items
1 sheet of paper
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 pipe cleaners
1 can of chicken noodle soup
2 white pom poms

The Making of Yan
Step 1: Make Yan a body!
Okay measure the Chicken Noodle Soup can and used the ruler to make the correct measurements on the white paper. Cut it out and taped it around the can.
Put the can on the white piece of paper and trace around the top for a circle. Cut out the circle and tape it to the top of the can.
(Actually did this after I made the head because I realized the grey of the can showed once I put the head on.)
Step 2: Make Yan a head!
Cut off the tuff on the top of the onion and draw on Yan's face with a black marker.
Step 3: Make Yan a booty!
Get two white pom poms and super glue them onto Yan's body.
Step 4: Make Yan some arms & legs!
My pipe cleaners are green and way too long. Cut the pipe cleaners in half. Putting them on the extra white paper I use the black marker to color the green pipe cleaners making them black. MESSY!!!
Step 5: Make Yan some hands!
Use the pen to draw some hands on the extra white paper. Fold the paper and cut around the drawing. Trace one of the hands and repeat the first two parts. Now I have four hand pieces. Set down two of the hand cut outs and put on some super glue, then place down the pipe cleaner and the other hand cut out on top.
Step 6: Attach arms and legs to Yan's body.
Tape on the legs and arms. Then bend to make joints and feet.

Step 7: Make Yan fart!
Get the three garlic cloves and place them strategically. (My favorite part!)
Step 8: Put on Yan's head and make sure he is tall enough.
Set Yan's onion head on his body. Placed the ruler next to Yan to show his height.
Step 9: Celebrate!
We broke out some sparkling cider to celebrate the birth of a new Yan!
Step 10: Have a photo shoot with Yan to show off how sexy he is!
Step 11: Re-read the rules!
Find out that I need to
make Yan's head, not just draw on his face. *o* OH NO!!!
Step 12: Get new supplies and start on Yan's new head!
(Yan secretly LOVES plastic surgery, lol!)
Using the new items crumple the news paper and place it inside the old white sock. Move and shape so it is round. Cut the extra part of the sock and tape/glue shut. Then tape on his body.
Step 13: Make Yan a mouth!
Draw a mouth with the black marker on the white paper and cut out. Attach his mouth to his head.
Step 14: Make Yan eyes!
Glue the white buttons on top of the black buttons. Once they dry glue the eyes onto his head.
Step 15: Do another photo shoot showing off his new improved head!
Step 16: Load all the pictures on Mene to show off the new sexy Yan!!!
Step 17: Find out your first head was acceptable!

Step 18: Find out your body is not accepted =(
The head was okay and I remade but it turns out it was the body that didn't pass. So Yan goes back into surgery.
Step 19: Keep the old good parts.
Remove head and limbs from old Yan and put safely to the side.
Step 20: Make a new body for Yan.
Okay fill the sock with cotton and beans. Beans for weight and cotton for shape. Cut off extra sock and then glue/tape shut. Make hole for pencil and put pencil in.
Step 21: Give Yan some junk in trunk!
Get a needle and white thread, once you have the needle threaded find the center of the back at the bottom and sew him a bum. Use black marker to define his dark areas *coughbumcrackcough*
Step 22: Put on Yan's new head.
Make a hole in the center of the bottom of the head for the pencil to fit in. Slide the head onto the new body.
Step 23: Attach old arms and legs.
Gently poke the end of the arm into the body and stitch it back out. Twist it together and then bend arm for joints. Gently poke the end of the leg into the body and glue into place.
oooh look at that sexy bottom!
Step 24: Farts & Tags!
Arrange the garlic like nice little farts and place the name tag next to Yan.
Step 25: Take another photo shoot!
Third times a charm! Besides we all know Yan loves the attention =P
Step 26: Finished!!!
Make yourself some steak with sauteed mushrooms as a reward for finally really and completely finishing your sexy @$$ Yan!!!
