Mikami looked inside, quickly jotting down the names of those unlucky dissenters inside. Kira was law, Kira was justice, Kira was God. He was disappointed to see that one man...a boy, really, had a mask on. He was going to disappoint his Kami.

He glanced at his watch, waiting with baited breath.

One second...two...three...

A drop of sweat slid slowly down his cheek. A second lasted forever.

Fifteen seconds...twenty...thirty...

Near set in the floor of the where-house. With his little plastic figures and waited to see what was going to happen. He twirled his hair a bit. He had a mask on to protect his identity. He wondered what Kira was up to now.

Mikami came in the door of the warehouse, watching as the horrified police officers fell.

"Kami...I did as you asked, Kami."

Near watched as all the men fell around him and twirled his hair more. He starts knocking down some of the plastic figures that represented the police."i see." He spoke so only he could hear him self.

Mikami moved to restrain him, and held Nears arm's behind him. Taking no chances, he handcuffed him and duct-aped his hands together so that he was unable to move them. He took no chances when his Kami's life was on the line.

Near pulled his arms some just to find it impossible and sighs. He let them do what they were doing and looks around."this isnt good. Theres a 100% chance you will be the first to die on Kira's team."

Amane Misa was kidnapped, it had outraged the blonde but of course there was nothing she could do right now. You see, Misa wanted to be with Raito - kun. Her beloved Raito. A Small smile came to the blonde's face as he thought of her Raito - kun. Now back to the hotel room that they were staying it, it was rather nice. . .Two queen sized beds in the room, a small TV and couch where pushed against the wall, on different sides. Then the small bathroom. It had everything you'd need ; A bath tub, a toilet and a sink. There wasn't much to interest her, or to keep her entertained.

Mikami said nothing until Near's legs were tied and taped as well.

"There is a 100% chance that I could take off your mask and kill you right now. Shut up and stop bothering my Kami."

He glanced at Raito, eyes proud. He enjoyed being the right hand of God, and he knew he'd pleased him well today.

The boy sat there quietly wondering what they were going to do to him. If they weren't going to kill him then what? He lets out a soft sighs and just gos with them tieing him up and try's to calculate what is going on.

Mikami reached for Near's mask, only to find to his chagrin that Near had foreseen the possibility of losing and super-glued the mask on. If he ripped the mask off, the face might come with it, and thus would be unrecognizable. He'd be unable to kill him, today.

Damnit All. Kami was going to be disappointed again.

Near laughs."im not stupid you know..." He sighs. "So what are you going to do with me now that you have me tied up?" He asked looking at his figures threw the mask.

Mikami thought a moment, then walked over to one of the fallen police officers and picked up their gun.

"Just because I can't kill you with the Note doesn't mean I can't kill you. You'll be imprisoned like the last dissenter to try to catch Kamisama. Of course, not anywhere near the other. Both of you are much too smart for us to allow you to combine your resources."

Last...wait you mean L hes alive?" N blinks and trys to move his hands."L is still alive?!" He asked again glareing threw the mask.

"While my Kami did need to remove him, his personal feelings of friendship prevented him from being able to kill him. I have no such feelings. Do not try to confuse the two of us. It shouldn't even matter to you. You and L will never meet again. If you do, it will be in the afterlife."

He cocked the gun, held it expertly. Working in law enforcement as a prosecutor, he had been trained in gun safety and usage.

"Now...If you repent, Kamisama may forgive you. Surely you must see that Kami is justice?"

(I was thinking that Mello (since Mello died) would merely be captured. This is primarily a Post Kira takeover RP. Mello, L, and Near will just have to figure out how to escape and or how to outsmart Kira in this new world.)
