and its kind of a boxy house... though we have some ideas to improve it later. Like a wrap around porch, and some solar panels on the roof. It has a room that would badly need to be fixed up , and an attic space that could be finished off if we wanted to, right now both rooms are just being used as storage by the current owners.

we're putting in an offer for the full price they're asking (69k) this week after we talk to our FHA loan agent.

wow only 69,000? really? jesus i wish houses in my area were that price. they are at minimum 260,000. and that is either a condo with really high condo fees or a run down semi detached house in the worst end of town. i cant even imagin finding a house for less than 200,000 anymore. i really hope you get it! it sounds like a steal.

That is why we're going to jump on it, cause it is such a steal. They're asking for only what they owe on their mortgage cause they have to move out. SO we're going to offer the full price before anyone else snatches it up. And fix it up as we live in it. Or rather..make it More of who we are. :]

well is she an average size for her age? and she is 4 right? i can probably have it made by then. shipped and received... no guarantee.

im going to make the top out of stretch fabric and the bottom will be a circle skirt, and as long as it goes over her shoulders, it will work out great i think.... i might add a zipper.

She should be fine without a zipper.and uhhhhhh maybe average? She's in 6s and 7s... and she's turning 4. T.T she's getting so big. She's all legs. xD

yes, and thank you for doing this. Hubby loves the idea too when i told him. He's just as excited and already wants you to make a mai one for November . which we'll talk to you more about closer to that time cause who knows how tall lily will suddenly be than. kids already in the same size diapers as her older sister.

OMG i forgot to get measurements!! >.< i was kinda wrapped up in playful hubby time today. we were laughing all day long and had a fantastic day. i'm pouting in my bed right now cause he had to leave to go back to work. . . i can't wait until we're living together again.

nope. getting measurements of my todller who is turning 4. BSW is going to make a dress for her :D

i bought the fabric and the buttons for the outfit! so i can start making her dress this week! im going to make it adjustable too, so that she can grow into it a little bit.
