DOWNUNDER the Boardwalk, yo!

Where I make a half-arsed thread with a dreadfully clever title to refer to the fact that I'm IN AUSTRALIA at the moment thus I am DOWNUNDER the boardwalk instead of UNDER the boardwalk and that means I'm clever - get it? 8D

And, yes, I am "Down by the sea(-ee, -ee-ee, yeah)." But not on a blanket with my baby. (I does not has a baby. I am instead sitting on my friend Min's bed under her housecoat, because it's freaking cold right now.)

@Ling - Aw. xD I had a lot of fun and then I could have gone, "Did you see the Street Fighter or Darkstalker cosplay group? I was in those. :D" or "Did you browse the artist alley? I was the one with the nyan cat magnets and stickers. :D" But since you didn't go, I obviously didn't see you there. xD It's funny to imagine that I may have sat next to you on a city bus or something and we'd never know. xD

When I was in 3rd grade, my music teacher made us sing that Under the Boardwalk song for a concert. I got SO sick of it, because he made us practice so much.
When it came time for the concert, I just mouthed the words.

Hahaha. xD Oddly enough, I think that was the same grade year that my music teacher taught us that song. xD We didn't have to sing for a concert, though. But I was a huge fan of the Beach Boys at around that age. xD;

I hated it so much

I don't think that grade school (I went to several as a child due to moving around a bit) had anything like inter-school competitions and only the choir club seemed to do anything like performances. :)
