Love smiled and wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him back. As much as she hated to admit it she liked kissing him.

he continued kissing her deeply and then ended the kiss and sat her on the couch took out the box that had the yellow and white gold star and heart necklace with two pairs of matching earnings in out and handed it to her saying "this is your gift from canada and do not even try to tell me no because i'll just keep giving it to you, and it has meaning but i can not tell you what that is until you open it."

She smiled at him. "You didn't have to do that Nick. I didn't want anything really." She kissed his cheek and took the box. "But thank you." She opened the box and blushed brightly. "Oh nick these are so beautiful. Are you sure you want me to have them?"

"i want you to have them. as soon as i saw them i was instantly reminded of your beauty, and i even got a manly matching ring that i am keeping on a chain attached to my wallet" he said smiling.

She smiled and kissed him. "If you say so. She carefully took the necklace out and held it out toward him. "Help me put it on?" She turned so her back was toward him and held up her hair.

he helped her put it on and then took a step back to enjoy the view, he was starting to fall hard for this girl.

She smiled and played with the necklace until the timer went off. She ran into the kitchen to make sure nothing had burned. She drained the gnocchi and pulled the ribs out of the oven before plating everything up and setting it on the table. She walked back into the living room and hugged him. "Its ready if your hungry"

"starved" was his response as he got up holding her hand and started walking to the table she had set up. " i do not know if you know this or not but the food that they feed you on international flights is not really all that good, so i usually do not eat it." he said laughing because he had though of another comment. "actually i do not even think my dog would eat that stuff and she eats everything." is what he had finished with.

She laughed a little and sat down across from him. She waited for him to serve himself then she she served herself. "Ive never been on a plane before." She whispered quietly before gently nibbling on her gnocchi.

"oh wow." he said "have you never really traveled? and i have a lot i hate plans but i flight if i can because i hate really long car drives so even though i hate plans i take them because they are faster." he said taking a bit of ribs.

She shook her head. "We were supposed to go to Paris a few years back but my sister got injured." She shrugged and continued to eat her food slowly wiping her mouth between bites

"what kind of injured diod she get?" he asked slowly taking another bit of food.

"She broke her leg." She took another bite of her food. "She fell down the stairs, not the first time either"

"oh wow and that kept you guys from going? , i would have still went." was his response

"It would not have been as much fun without her and the doctor told her that she couldn't walk on it." Love took another bite and looked down at her plate

"well what about taking her around in a wheel chair? that would have been fine wouldn't it? i mean yes a pain in the ass but it would have worked." he said as he finished his first plate of food and dished more. "your a really good cook btw." he finished.

She blushed. "Thanks. I am glad you like it." She decided to drop the subject of her sister.

"you're very welcome, so did you have plans for us after diner or am i free to leave?" he asked hoping she would not be offended but he was tired and still had some stuff to take care of and homework to catch up on, plus they did have school in the morning.

"Well i would like to spend time with you but your most likely exhausted. So after dinner you are free to leave." She finished her plate and sat with her hands folded in her lap.

"thanks." he said as he got up kissed her forehead and left. "i'll see you tomorrow at school okay?" he said as he left the house to get into the car

She smiled and cleaned up after he left. She put the left overs in the fridge and then put the dishes in the sink to be washed later that night. She then went in to straighten up the table before sitting on the couch and watching some tv.

He smiled because he was thinking of her the entire time that he was doing his homework, and cleaning and everything else he could never quite thinking of her.

Love had fallen asleep on the couch during her favorite tv show. She had gotten up early that morning to get things ready for him to come over for dinner.

he got up the next morning and, went to shower and go to school before love's house at diner.
