I clicked the website and it said shield and I'm like WHOOPS! I misread shield as system so I thought the website HAD the DDoS, not that it was PROTECTING against it

I just checked and it does have some of the Macross series up! At least 3 or 4 plus a couple movies from what I skimmed - so that'll be awesome to have access to that! I might be able to even mirror it to my TV or however that works from my 2 in 1 :D

I chose it for a challenge because it fit the search prompt but I'm just NOT liking it that much - especially now that they've brought this creep teacher into the scene and I'm just like WHYYYYYYY! WHY DOES THIS PLOT EXIST!!! I'm only 8 episodes in and I have to get through 26 I really hate dropping anime though - so I'm trying to figure out if it's worth it to stick it out or if I should just cut my losses and try to cram in something else for the challenge instead xD;

I haven't watched it because it looks completely childish and not something that would hold my interest. Sorry I couldn't be of any help Emma.

Based on the photo I thought it was more like Ai Mai Mii so I figured why not! Yeah no. Nothing like it. I mean, it's comprised of shorts, but it's really not that great. And some of the topic just verges into areas it should NOT verge into - especially with that creepy pervert teacher. It's just creepy and they're trying to make it comedy... but it's not.. at least not my kind of comedy xD;

I figured out that if I play Pokemon GO or SailorDrops (basically Sailor Moon Candy Crush) while I watch it it seems to go by faster! I may complete this challenge yet lol!

Ah, Azumanga Daioh. I never finished it, but I did see a bit back when the big anime wave hit Sweden.

I've gotten through 17 episodes so far out of 26 - it's not the greatest, probably only rate it a 6/10, but it's tolerable as a background anime. Wouldn't really recommend it to anyone though unless they just wanted to watch it out of curiosity!

Oh funny! I really liked that manga - I think I've also seen the first season of the anime but not 100% sure without looking back at my history on MAL - it's been too long - I really like the series though
What didn't you like about it?

If you like series like Azumanga Daoih, I can recommend a few; Lucky Star, Haruhi Suzumiya no Yuutsu, Daily Lives Of Highschool Boys... Oh, and Itsumo Hare Nochi Guu. Some of these are older, and I am not sure how many of the younger people here even know of them.

only thing I didn't recognize in that list was Itsumo Hare Nochi Guu. Other than that, I've heard of them but haven't seen any of them...yet.

Emma: I don't remember exactly why I didn't like the show. I think it was because of how Belldandy was acting and was just...yeah, no.

Those are actually all on my list! Except for Itsumo Hare Nochi Guu - that one through me off but when I looked it up I had actually started watching it and put it on hold for some reason - probably wasn't in the mood at the time!
I only watched one episode so I don't know if I liked it much or not - but I didn't drop it, so that's a good sign lol!

I really wish Hulu didn't delete 90% of their anime - they had the oldies like that and now they're all gone - I was hoping to do some catching up :(

And for some reason they only have Season 10+ of Pokemon, and Netflix only has like 50 some episodes. I really wanted to catch up, especially now that Pokemon GO is released and I'm obsessedddddd

Woot! Finished Azumanga Daioh finally - the last few episodes were actually better than the entire season prior lol
Not enough to bump it past a 6, but yeah - they were more tolerable and I found myself watching more of the episode than I had been previously!

Now I'm watching Gourmet Girl Graffiti! It's pretty good so far - a little weirded out by how Ryou eats because they reallyyyy focus in on that, but other than that it's pretty interesting!

That reminded me of Food Wars. xD It's so weird!

I haven't seen Food Wars yet but it's on my list - it looked like a fun watch! If it's similar to this then I'll probably end up liking it

As far as I know, they get orgasms while eating the food, because it is apparently so delicious! XD

I totally didn't get that from the description, so that's really good to know. At least I won't be surprised by it like I was when Ryou started eating like, 5 minutes into the first episode and I'm like "Why are we closing in on her mouth... why are her lips suddenly moist... what the heck is happening!?" XD;
I mean, at least the plot and content is really good - when it's not that often it and doesn't take away from the story then eh - whatever - I'll ignore it lol
It's when it takes over as the key plot then I'm just like yeah, this is getting uncomfortable

I am going to start watching Hatsukoi Monster - it seem to be funny and interesting. :)

I have that one on my list - it does look really good!

I'm currently watching the new Netflix sponsored J-drama Good Morning Call based on a manga from '97-ish - really reminds me of Itazura na Kiss meets Hana Yori Sango - so good so far!!
I really hope this sparks an anime adaptation! They had an OVA to promote the sequel manga back in '06 but nothing other than that :(
