Adrea paused for a moment then said "I really hope that's this works then."

"I saw something worse happen, maybe thats why it didn't." he said and watched the zombie that should turn human again.

Adrea looked over at him for a moment asking "What is worse that happened?" Turning back to the zombie she saw that where the injection site was the cells began to return to human cells and spread up the arm over the shoulder and across the whole body. Smiling she said "Just don't be dead."

He watched and saw the skin go back. "Now return to us human." he said. He really didn't want to have to shoot him.

Adrea smiled when she saw him turn back into a human and was alive. With that she began to fill other needles for her co-workers.

He sighed happily and relaxed. The others would be okay but the ones that he had to shoot it was too late. "After this is done I must report to my superiors about what happened." He said and sighed. They guard he had to shoot was one of his friends that was a guard. "Well at least the world can change now." He went over to the one that was changed back. "Can you tell me your name? Can you tell me where your from? Where you went to school? Where you worked?"

Adrea finished up the needles and set to work on getting everyone else back. Hearing what Cali said she nodded saying "And it will be safe again."

The man looked at him for a moment trying to take in where he was then said "Thomas Flegger, Calafornia, and I'm just a chef."

"What's the last thing you remember? What car did you own at the time before you died?" He asked. He wanted to make sure he was completely human again.

Thomas thought for a moment before saying "It was just a blue mini van, I think the maker was dodge too."

"Welcome back to humanity. This is Adrea. She works at the hospital see her or a doctor if you have any concerns with unusual feelings." He said. "As for where you are it is a haven for the living in a world plagued by zombies currently. You were one. We have found a cure."

Thomas looked at him for a moment thinking about it "I was one of them?" pausing he said "It is good to be back then."

Adrea had finished up with her co-workers and let everyone go so that they could go to thee hospital to get things checked out.

Angel freed Thomas so he could join them. "Follow them, you'll get cleared then you can start a new life. Just don't make me have to chase you down." he said joking.

Thomas nodded saying "Thank you" and followed the others.

Adrea cleaned up her stuff and packed it all away again, getting ready to go home.

Cali helped and walked with her to home and smiled when they got back and he started cooking.

Adrea sat down at the counter and asked "So what are you making tonight?"

"Just something simple." he said getting out the burgers and fries. He started the burgers and put the fries in the oven. He then finishes dinner and got them plates and made them plates and handed her one. "Cant help but appreciate the simple things right?"

Adrea smiled at Cali and then the plate saying "Oh yes, the simple things are great to appreciate." Taking the plate she sat down saying "I was hoping for French fries today." then began eating them.

He sat down with her and took a bite of his burger. "Yeah."

Adrea finished up then went and began to clean the kitchen.

He finished and helped her. He then sat down and smiled at her.

Adrea sat beside him and smiled back asking "What are you smiling about?"

"I'm happy we found a working cure. We don't have to lose anymore friends and family. I had to learn to use a gun quickly and it sickens me to have to shoot someone who used to be a friend or family member. or someone i knew or someone someone else knew. I feel better knowing soon I won't have to worry." he said.

Adrea smiled at him saying "I'm glad that's all over. I like the idea of living a life where we don't have to watch our backs twenty four seven." She leaned into him before saying "I'm just glad this all happened before we had the baby."

He nodded and hugged her a little tightly and kissed her. "Your awesome." he said smiling.
