No, it's not happened again.

And it's not serious, it's just uncomfortable.

I never really had any growing pains until after I had a bike accident that caused me to get tendonitis in my one knee.

It's not at times. Like if I twist my knee or do things I'm not suppose to, like run.
It's also caused my knee to become sensitive to the cold.

So you can tell the weather from how your knee is feeling!?

Lol, no it's not like that, but my sinuses do a good job of telling me when the weather is going to change or we're going to get rain/snow.

I hate getting creaks and aches and pains of any kind. Makes me feel like I'm old. >.<

Aha. Whenever I get aches or pains, I tell myself I'm not allowed to for another fifty years. And I just stretch it off.
