I feel guilty about wasting food because it wastes food. My problem is that I take so long to eat my food goes bad mid meal >.<

so i put it away and finished it a few hours later

Trail mix is wonderful as a source of protein. Mine has Nuts, M&Ms, and raisins in it :D

nuts are a saving grace for me a lot of times

I don't actually like nuts all that much. Just gives me something to eat.
