Let it all out
Until you are an empty shell
Till there is nothing else left to breath
From your very being

Scream until the tears you cry
Run dry
Scream until your voice gives out
And your soul gives in

Sink into the ocean of sorrow
See yourself in the abyss
Of anger and pain
Let it all out

Don’t hold it
Swallow the pill of hatred
Know that there is no truth
Behind the veil of the
Human wold

The only truth lays in pain and humility
