Haha, yeah, it's pretty close to grape juice. Vintage 2010 right? It's too bad Jew wine is not super tasty, since the Seder requires 4 cups of the stuff.

i think the Seder is a beautiful tradition.
we say grace, but it's done quickly and without ceremony.

Passover Seder can either be a lot of fun, or very long and tedious. Depending on the leader :) My Grandfather/Great grand father...Long and tedious. My cousins, much more fun. :)

i can't find anything very funny.
passover is when God spared the home with lambs blood on their doorways, correct?
what else besides Seder do you do to celebrate?
i didn't even make it to mass today.

Happy Passover to you to *Hime* (JOKES)
The seders are the biggest part of Passover. It's a dinner that is done in order (which is what seder means, order). The seder talks about the Jews being slaves in Egypt and their journey to freedom from slavery. One of the ten plagues is the slaying of the first born son, the Jewish houses were sparred due to the sacrifice of the pascal lamb and it's blood being placed on their doorways. Pretty icky huh!
Most Jews will change their dietary habits for a week, depending on your ancestry. I am descendant form European Jews, so no leavened breads, no corn, peas, etc. The Middle Eastern Jews do something different, which I think includes not eating desserts, but I am not exactly sure on that.

Doing okay. I am considering changing areas in my profession. I need a break from dealing with crazy, I mean, parents. I have about 8 weeks left and then 2 paid months to look for something else :) So, I am looking forward to change :)

More of a change in clientele. I'm strongly considering moving from pediatrics to geriatrics. Less drama there. There is still crazy, but that's just dementia. SO par for the course ya know?

Oh my! Um, yeah...Bunnies aren't a part of Passover...But, um, thanks?
Hey hummy: could you put Mr. Bun bun behind a spoiler bar please? He's making me kinda uncomfy. He's not against PG-13, so I will not abuse my mod powers and do it myself, but um...Yeah.... Please? *Bats eyes and looks all cutelike at you*
