Oh nice! lol For my smoothies I did some strawberry yogurt, blue berries, a banana, kiwi, a mango, an orange, and a little honey. It made a lot! lol
Ah that makes sense, that's why we don't have one either lol, there's zero room for a treadmill anywhere in our house lol.
That's good your holidays were good even though they were late! Mine went a lot better than I had expected lol.
I'm glad to hear your dad's doing better! =D That reminds me of when I was at the hospital with mom the other day (she had two lumps taken out of her back, they were benine, so yay!) the nurse was talking to a lady and two little girls and the nurse asked the little girls "Can you make sure your daddy doesn't eat anymore Cheeto's?" and both the girls in unison went "No Cheeto's!" lol, I think they were six or so, somewhere around that age lol.

Nice! Sounds like those were good days! That's good your eating three meals! My doctor actually told me we should be eating five times a day (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner) cause then our bodies aren't storing things cause it's unsure of when our next meal is. I didn't know that till I was talking to him about trying to lose weight and changing my eating habits lol.

Jan 1
I haven't worked out yet, but I've got some housework I need to do before my hubby and I start running errands. Then later today I'll be doing body work on his truck and that in itself is a work out so I figure that can be my workout for the day.
Though at the moment I'm debating what to make for breakfast and I'm thinking maybe pancakes and possibly putting apples in them! P=

Oh yea, I can see how that'd be a work out! lol I can understand not wanting to make something different lol, those both sound tasty! I'm actually debating about making the same thing I made for dinner last night again tonight lol. Cheesey hashbrown hamburger helper is so tasty!
I didn't get a work out in like I thought, but I discovered my measurements changed! I lost half an inch around my hips and an inch and a half around my rib cage!

Lol the only reason I remembered it was from updating my profile on twinbody.com lol.
Sounds like a good day so far! I just woke up and I'm trying to figure out when I wanna wake up my hubby. We have to resand, prime, wet sand, paint, and clear some of the Harley parts we've been working on cause they didn't come out right last night, so that's definitely going to be a good upper body work out lol.

Recipe~


Green Monster SmoothiesX




1 Cup of vanilla almond milk
A handful of spinach
1 chopped banana
A handful of ice (add more as desired)

Blend and tada~

That sounds really good! I found the recipe for what I thought was my smoothie, but it was actually a fruit concoction I made and froze to replace ice cream lol.

RecipeX


1 pound of Strawberries
1 1/2 large Oranges
3 Bananas
3 Peaches
1 Kiwi
1 Mango
a hand full of blue berries
1 two pound container of Raspberry low fat yogurt
and 1/4 teaspoon on honey.
The fruit it self blended up reached the 2 Liter mark on my blender lol. It makes a lot but it tasted so good!

I didn't get much of a work out in, but I got ten minutes of yoga done! I actually think I did pretty good as far as eating healthy goes, I haven't had any junk food aside from a couple chips, so yay to that! Now I'm kinda debating about making another fruit concoction lol.

Fun stuff! lol That's kinda funny you've been feeling groggy lately cause I've been the same way too for the past couple days! lol

Jan 7th
I weighed myself today and I'm back down to 274! So yay to that lol. Though I tried Zumba for the wii today and that was so freaking frustrating! My hips are just wide enough that I can't wear the belt and since I had two (I'm borrowing them from my mom) I thought maybe I could combine them. That almost worked, but it's just loose enough that once I start dancing the freakin thing slides down! xp I'm gonna have to tinker with that before I try to do that again.
But for now I'm off to do house work some more xp
