100g for headshot
200g for full body

Pretty; I'd say 100-ish for a headshot as well. A fullbody often goes for more than 200g, but we'd have to see samples.
Keep in mind people tend to like smoother lineart(this is a problem for me xD;; so..yeah.

100g easy, 200 for half body and 300 for full body

I'd sell it for..eh, about, 300-350g each.
