is vert's sister & possibly my favorite artist ever. She manages to get digital media to look like real, thick paint. Her art is bold like her sister's, it's beautiful but not "pretty". I think it's the colors that make her stuff just like POW.

I love their all their paintings. trenchmaker's German but communicates in English so it's easy to read up on her works and writings. Pity faboarts posts only in Spanish which I don't read, would otherwise love to be able to understand more of his insight into his works, which are beautiful works on animals done in natural media.

There are so many brilliant artists on dA it's hard to choose from - I would say most recently (like, in the last day or so) it would have to be frozenlilacs because of a commission she completed for me. I also really like Loish, though, because she's always been a bit of a dollface to me.

I have a lot of good, personal friends who are fantastic artists on dA, as well, so it's sort of hard to pick "one" favourite where I'd really like to list a million of them.
