500 years ago:
The 12 Lords of The Zodiac defeated the Darkness at the Village near the Mouth of the Yangtze but in defeating the Darkness the Lords were in imprisoned in stone. The years pass and the villagers made a Shrine to the fallen Heros.
The Present Day:
A young traveller walks into the village and enters the Shrine. As he walks up to the Alter of the Heroes a Shrine Priestess asks him what is his business here.The young man turns to look at her. The Priestess screams and drops to the floor. The other priests & priestess run to her aid and help her up.The priestess then bows and apologizes. An older priest escorts the young man to the door of the Shrine as he asks him to forgive the young priestess.The young man forgave her and left to find a place to spend the night. Later that night the older priest thinks to himself so one of the Lords have returned and I fear the Darkness has well.

*Kasumi gets out of the inn and explores more of the villlage.** An hour passes, he walks into the marketplace looks around,and this strange old man selling jewelry catches his eye.* The old man acts like he knew me from somewhere or some time.* The old man says I have what you are looking for. I give it to you.*The old man pulls out a Fire Sheep emblem and hands it to me.* *I take the emblem, it begins to glow red showing faces&places that I have never seen, and I pass out due to the flood of memories.**Hours later I wake up in the marketplace,I'm wearing the emblem,it's dark out, and the old man is gone.*

Zacroma walked through the halls of her home bored out her mind. she kept wondering why there was never nothing to do. she walked down stairs to her private room where she kept her sculptures. they were of mythical creatues of things she had only seen in picture books or read about. she had always had an obesession over those thing mostly dragons, elves, phoenixs, and gargoyles. the sculptures were small but very detailed. made entirely out of metal. her father had taught her when she was little how to bend metal when she had heated it in the fire.. it was very malaeble with just the slight touch with a tool she could construct figures she had never seen.

Ruvien was sitting upright in her bed, eyes cast listlessly into the vast darkness that enveloped her tiny living space. The window above her bed filtered the meager midnight moonlight into the room, only enough to illuminate portions of her bare chest. Cast to one side, her head rested disdainfully in her palm, the brilliant white sheet contrasting her deeply tanned legs, which it had been carelessly draped upon. Her long fingers, threading through the tiny brown tresses fretfully, consumed her short hair. Her free hand lay limply atop her lap, mindlessly flipping a gold talisman between her fingers.

Her preoccupation was due to a dream that had startled the sleep from her eyes that night. What to make of it, she hadn't the faintest clue, as it was highly peculiar. She remembered little, the high-intensity color of her dream world arousing sharp colors that blurred, but could revive the emotions so easily, lactic acid searing at her muscles.

She had been sprinting, her muscles gliding smoothly as she raced down a path lined with dozens beyond dozens of towering trees. The moonlight showered the path with brilliant light, whispering sweet nothings and birthing curious thoughts. Guardian, it lulled. Then it lulled, and lulled again. Her confusion overpowered her, her thoughts brazenly urging her to ignore the breath escaping her lips, powering through despite her hic-upping gasps. The directions she'd gone in were lost to her, her legs guiding themselves as if they knew the destination, her mind tripping to keep up. A deafening screech shattered the lulls, and the way that had been imbedded within her lost consequentially. Waves of confusion pounded torrentially upon the canvases of her mind, her eyes frantically rebounding hither and thither for the source that had caused her ears to bleed so.

Nothing. Simple nothingness.

A temple bore into her vision, and within her hand, a talisman bearing a scorpion.

She raised it within her line of vision, a sickeningly sweet nostalgia seeping from the simple, smooth, gold coin and filtering into her veins. She snapped it within her grasp, haphazardly gathering a coat before jetting into the bitter winds of the night.

Zacroma looked around to find she was out of materials for a new sculpture. That meant an expedition for supplies into the back alleys. Zacroma walked out of her private room and down the hall to the door. Grabbing a cloak she opened the door. Walking out into the street Zacroma traveled down the streets till she came to a well kept neighborhood. going silently down an alley she hid in the shadows. There they were the richest homeless people in the town. They carried all the sorts of metal she needed for her sculptures, the hardest part was getting the metal from them without being discovered. These hobos were very parinoid about their collections of things.

*Staying in the shadows he makes his way to the garden.* *In the center of the garden he see a rusty helmet and sword at the feet of a female statue bathed in Moonlight.* *Walking to where the two objects lay and as he picks up the helmet he hears a woman's voice but does not see where it's coming from.**He places the helmet back and picks up the sword.**He hears the voice again but this time it tells him her father is waiting in the main hall and to hurry because he wants to see his daughter's future husband.**He drops the sword.* *It's getting late and I'll search the rest of the mansion in the morning he thinks to himself.**Slipping back into the shadows and making his way to the front gates only to find them locked.*I can't go this way I wonder if there is another way out.

Magic Ability: Has the ability to call up a storm filled with thunder and lightning and rain or hail, the severity of the storm dependent upon her mood...Or she can call up a windstorm, again the severity dependent upon her mood. She cannot call both types of storms at the same time, though she can throw strong winds swirling within the thunderstorms that can turn into a vortex if she is angry enough. She does not realize her full potential for magic as of yet, only being able to throw lightning bolts or send jolts of electricity through the air, and she can send a burst of air out, strong enough to knock a person down but only lasting an instant.
Weapon: An ornate staff carved from mahogany, a gold amulet set with a large sapphire the color of the sky in the center and surrounded by smaller darker sapphires and diamonds. The amulet holds the powers of her minor element within.

One more thing, do the Lords have any use of their powers now or do those powers only become available once they know they are a Lord?))

((Yes Ligtening/Thunder/Electricity are included in wind/air. No You can have another element as a minor power either by an artifact or as a natural. As for the Lords Magic ability it's up to the person. As for my character he has the ability to throw fire balls and heal but he has yet to realize his full potential.))

Rhabia lounged in the garden of her villa, surrounded by flowers in full bloom, a tall tree in the center of the garden shading the area around her. The villa had belonged to her parent's who were long since dead, and so belonged to her now.

Rhabia was a tall and slender woman, her hair white with a hint of blue to it, and her eyes a deep azure blue. She wore a white gown trimmed in gold, and white slippers on her feet. Around her neck she wore a pendant, she'd had the pendant all her life and didn't know of it's origin. Little did she know that it contained a power within the jewels embedded in the gold filagree.

She had asked her mother once about the pendant, but her mother said little about it and had changed the subject. The pendant had become a part of her, and so she'd never removed it from her neck.

Rhabia looked around the garden, and then jumped to her feet. It was nearly dusk and she was feeling restless. She'd suddenly decided to go into town and visit an old friend. She called for the stablemaster and asked him to saddle her horse. A few minutes later he'd led a beautiful white Arab mare from the stable.

Mounting the horse, Rabhia rode into town, stopping at the building her friend lived in. Looking about, she'd noticed a number of vagrants in and near the alleyway, and thought it was a sad sight to see. She'd tied her horse to a post a little ways down from the front door, then turned to go inside. Rabhia had spent several hours visiting with her friend and the night had grown late. Her friend tried to talk her into staying but she'd refused, saying she had things she needed to get done at the villa in the morning.

Walking out the front door, Rhabia turned and went to her horse, untying his reins from the post. The wind was quite strong that night, blowing her hair all around her face. Out of the corner of her eye she'd noticed a movement, and turned her head to see what it was. A young woman had flown by her, seemingly frantic about something.

She'd called out to the woman to see if she was ok, but the sound of her voice had been washed back by the wind, the woman not hearing her. She stood for a few moments waiting to see if the woman would come back, but when she did not, Rabhia mounted her horse and rode away into the night.
