Malum frowned, leaning over to cup her chin and have her look him. He gave her a kiss, "I'm sorry" he spoke softly to Asima, "I suppose I've been selfish. You're right, of course. I'll talk to Solum after dinner." and with that he headed off again, a bit sadened by the endeavor but she had a point. All the borrowed memories he had were of everyone thinking of him so naturally that was what he had begun to do. Think of himself, rather than of them.

A sigh left Asima, and she felt her chocolate eyes start to fill with tears. She shook her head resolutely. She would still see Malum...but, this had gotten rather comfortable. She would miss him.

"Must be done." Asima told herself. As she'd stated, she looked over a few more scrolls, then gave up, standing and heading to the dining room.
