She is upset about not being able to help. She has been sick for a while and it has been trying to work through it, but the toes today have messed her up she can't walk, stand or sit comfortable and can't take anything for it because of the medical test tomorrow. she says one toe, but she has 3 that are swollen up but one is hurting more than the rest
