I have a huge crush on the Doctor, from Doctor Who. (The newer series.)
Something about the mischievous way he smiles and his giddy-ness just makes me wanna squeeze him. ~<3
I also really like how David Tennant took mannerisms from former Doctors and uses them in the newer series.
The Doctors' companion, Jack, is nice to look at too. ;]
As for cartoon crushes, I rather like Haku/Kohaku, from Spirited away, and Vash the Stampede from Trigun.
From the gaming world, I'd have to say Solid Snake, from Metal Gear Solid. I like Vincent Valentine, from FF7, but I wouldn't really call it a crush. It's more like skill envy. That, and I want his cape. XD

My crush is on Pein from Naruto Shippuden. XD
But I just hate Naruto himself. He's too... whatcha-ma-call it? Eager, annoying, brainless? XD I just think of him like that, lol. But I definately think Pein is hot, in my option. And Vincent Valentine from Final Fantasy VII.
