Khanda Symbol
In the symbol the sword to the left represents truth, and the sword to the right represents the willingness to fight for what is right- dharma (religion). The circle in the middle means that there is only one God, never beginning and never ending.

The Khanda represents knowledge of God, the Chakkar represents the eternal nature of God and oneness of humanity, the two swords represent Miri (political sovereignty) and Piri (spiritual sovereignty).

so were you trying to have his church in the police station?

No, I just figure that the churches are at one area of the station, and the gym area, where Zavier would go for his morning work outs would be in another, and the shortest path just happens to take him across the police station.
or since he is to be a fighting type of priest his church could be at one area, and he could have been going to the cafeteria to get food and cross the station that way.

it could be his chapel is near the police station of the section, dew to his order being a fighting order. or he pratices with some police because they are good at fighting and he needs the practice.
