Ok, I'm getting a bit sick of this. There are topics in here that are weeks old with no replies. I'm sick of it! Menewshas gold system is pretty hard to come to grips with, especially with art. And certainly for new users.

So Here we are, I made a thread to price everyones art to the best of my ability. Please don't be offended if I price you low and someone else high. Their art style may be in demand.

If you want to know what you could do better I can try to help you out there too.

Questions are welcome. I will try my best to answer them.

Anyway! This is really sweet of you, I'd try to help, but my knowledge of Mene gold is minimal. But, while I'm here, could you price a headshot for me? :3

Yeah, so is mine, I did a lot of searching the existing shops though while I was typing out my breedables shop to see what prices were like for art. I was going to post here, but got angry that no one ever answers posts :P

I'd say around 150 for that, maybe a bit more, maybe a bit less.

Mel, I'd say close to 175. A bit more detail in the colour and you can up your prices.

Linkfreak, I'd say around 175 again. Worth more if you can colour them.

I'd probably put it at 50 though. Art doesn't sell here like it does on gaia. But that's good because who wants to pay thousands for art?

And yeah, Mene art seems to be much cheaper, even when you take in to consideration the general worth of gold here and there. That's nice, though. Art is actually affordable here. ^^

Isn't it great? I love getting art but the only Gaia art I ever got was from my bf as he never charged me but any art worth paying for was like in the thousands! I don't mind paying for it on mene, the users here arent so greedy I find. Here it's a community first and foremost with money being...well fun! No one's too anal about donating or helping people out.

Yeah, the only art I ever got was just in the freebies forums. One time I was lucky enough to get some REALLY good CG art for free. I tipped her alot, though. XD So I guess it wasn't really free... But it was way below what she normally sells art for. o.o

Yeah, it just depends on the mood of the buyer. ^^ I know sometimes I'd love to get really nice high-quality art, but other times, I just want a cute happy little chibi. XD

That's true. It's nice to have something cute to make you smile :) I guess that's why I've just bought some avatar art for well above what it's worth. I wanted art to make me smile (and I like the user).
