We have this skinny white kitty that sits by our flower pot outside.
He has tags, but I can't get close enough to read them.

Poor thing looks hungry, but hubby won't let me feed him.

Why hubby no let you feed him? DX Is it cold outside? DX

We travel, and so we can't be responsible for a kitty.
If it is a stranded one, then once you feed him, you'd better continue feeding him.
