I am a member of a twenty four hour a day gym. I clean once a week and get a gym membership. don't need to work out while i clean. cleaning is the work out

thats great! keep it moving! you have no idea how much healthier it is until you have a sit down job and gain 5 pounds in 5 months and realize that you are on a slippery slope. so slippery.

after making this tracker, i have managed to get my calorie goal almost every day. and as a result, i am happy to say, i have not gained any weight!

orange juice is a great snack! it has all kinds of vitamins and some fibre. its good for you and not super heavy or overly filling, but filling enough to get you home.

i tried something new for breakfast. seeing as that is so far my biggest failing in the eating healthy department. normally i have toast. today i made a smoked salmon wrap with cucumbers, avacadoes and sprouts. the only problem with it is that the actual wrap is disgusting... it doesnt match the rest of the flavours at all. perhaps tomorrow i can eat the salmon and cucumber etc a different way.... no wrap.

Sadly no orange juice is sold at Wendy's. Oh well. Most times I can make it home to have a snack.

i try to keep my food consumption very reasonable and to have at least 2 out of three meals healthy. mostly breakfast and lunch. dinner is iffy. i just love diner too much to scale it down to a wrap. that sucks when you could instead have steak or ribs or lasagna... seriously... who would have a salad instead? crazy folks.

thats awesome! i am so proud of you!

i made all my calories goals all weekend and measured myself. still 145! so i havnt gained any weight since starting! this feels great to have turned the tide like that. now to just get the weight to start going down. that's the tricky part.

I wish I was at a hundred and forty five. Last time I weighed myself I was two hundred and ten.

well, we all have our goals. you can make it if you believe you can do it. You also have to keep trying and never give up. My dad is a Yoyoer. he will gain 200 pounds and lose 200 pounds every 5 years or so. its getting harder for him to lose it now that he is over 50, but he is still achieving his goals. you hear similar stories all the time. the trick to it all is believing in yourself.

so dont wish you were 145 pounds, know that you will be.
