Oh wow seriously they are now choosing to close at some places, they should really think about who watches/reads their news and try to cancel out some of their stores that doesn't get a lot of profit. I find it sad thou when they have so many watchers and people hook'd on and then just want to leave. They need to think it through or else they may end up losing a lot of the people who buys their products :L <Thats my thinking face

Ehh, I'm not too bothered by it.
I love collecting manga and stuff, but chances are the mangas that are in demand will be picked up and published by another company.

Huh. That's very sad. But it had to happen eventually. Tokyo Pop had lots of problems running around them. Plus there are other companies that do manga as well. So I'm not too surprised about it. But I do feel bad for those people that lost their jobs. This economy is just plain harsh.

Darn, Tokyo Pop introduced me to Kyo Kara Maoh....the first anime that introduced me a male character that I actually fell in love with...O the horror T^T
