I ate some coleslaw as I was making it.
tip:coleslaw tastes better a few days after first making it =3
it is a great side to get out of the way early in the holiday week!

I just ate chopped salad, potato, corn, and a red pepper pork loin. luckily im not special in any dietary way...so I pretty much eat whatever lol.

sugar is evil tho ;___; I seriously actually and disgustingly gained 20lbs due to all the Christmas cookies. type 2 diabetes is common in my family too, so I should start being more careful before I make a problem lol;;;

Felt, Hummerz, Felt. As a fellow diabetic, I try to be very careful about what I throw in my mouth as well.

I just had a small piece of cheesecake for new years! I try to keep my sugar below 30g a day, which is 100% doable, but I definitely have to make time for my little cheats here and there.

Speaking of which...... I haven't eaten yet today
