I'm going to try to make posts of decent length. I need to work on doing that more often. ^-^;

keep the thought of what your character sees around them and feel. that can help with adding to the post length. I will usually post more then one paragraph unless I dont have much to work on. so i will happily help you with getting longer posts out.

The help will be appreciated. I have two reasons for my lengths sometimes. I tend to not do that about the surroundings and I also write. So sometimes I just don't want to write paragraphs when I do that in a story that I'm normally writing while RPing. >.>;

that sounds interesting. granted I only know RWBY and only a little. what I know of Persona is what a friend has told me.

-looks over at my TV, Persona 3 on now- I know enough. <.< >.> -looks at signature- Okay, I know a lot. Shin Megami Tensei and Persona are my favorite series of games. I'm re-playing Persona 3 so I can ensure accuracy within my story. I LOVE the games, but I am not perfect.

if you were perfect you would have a job with the company to make games.

I don't get bored with RPs easily. Even when they 'end' I always try to keep them going.

My length isn't perfect, but I try. My posts tend to get horrible when it's talking without a change in surrounds. Mostly because, you can only repeat things so many times before your posts become just text filled non-sense to get to that point. I have had that happen on a IM RP I did years back. They posted 4 Paragraphs but it just became them repeating things so they could claim they had long replies.

add in thoughts, which I put in italics. have them move, a gesture, a reaction to a sound around them, we do alot of things that are not always noticed by us unless we really thing about it. I have noticed that when I get in deep enough in my characters I start doing things they would be doing as I am writing. like biting my lower lip when a bit embarrassed, which I do not do usually. in a tavern you can have some one in the back round draw the attention of your character.

I learned all this because of Cora for one and the other is a question I found in a book I liked and have kept in mind. the book was Myst: the book of Atrus, and the question was "What do you see?" his grand mother would ask him that. it was more of asking him to describe more of what he was seeing and feeling then just what he saw.

the game is Myst, its a puzzle adventer game, no shooting or killing. and there were three books written for it about the people and world you end up in. you can get a feel for it if you look up "Let's Play Myst"

I own Myst, Riven, and Myst III. Reason I asked if it was based off the game. I actually haven't looked into books on the series, Just demolished them because they are amazing, brilliantly designed games that royally angered me my first time trying to beat the first time.

READ THE BOOKS!!!!! if you loved the games you have to read the books.

---------- Post added 01-27-2015 at 08:11 PM ----------

also if you can get your hands on them most of the game guides on how to play were written like journals by the Traveler (the player), they were awesome reads by themselfs.

If I could find them, I'd gladly read them. I already know how to beat Myst without going into any worlds because of how much I played that.

some where in my collections of books I have a journal that I wrote when I was playing Myst. I also started to do that with Myst Revelations. also if you have the chance you should play Myst URU. last I knew they had it open to any one that wanted to sign up for it, but you may need a second player to help you with some of the puzzles on the Path of the Shell. I went through it with my friend Jrethen. I was on the phone with him as we played and never have I been so floored before by the trickery they went to.

I'm not an expert in the series overall... except the first one, but It's a series I do enjoy when I want a simple game I can just play and challenge myself. :3
