Tailtiu Fletcher was born in Sarehole in August of 1904. Her mother was a witch, who always use to say there was a bit of Fae blood in their line. Tailtiu's father had been a muggle miller. Growing up things seemed rather nice. Most of Sarehole was farmland and trees, and Tailtiu was a bit tomboyish. Most of her time as a child was spent running around with local boys. They'd play hide and seek, pirates, go fishing, or bother citizens of Sarehole.

When Tally turned eleven, she was admitted to Hogwarts. Her paired wand was rather unique. Quite long at 17 3/8 inches, rigid, with a slight curve and twists about at the handle made out of Elder with an Enbarr core. Tailtiu was housed within Slytherin. Summers were spent still playing around Sarehole, while the rest of her time she now was learning magic at the ancient school. It was while she was at school that Tailtiu began to realize how dark both her worlds could be. There was a dangerous dark wizard named Grindelwald gaining power and becoming a huge concern for the wizarding world. At the same time, her own father had decided to join the War to End all Wars.

As more fathers joined the war in Sarehole, Tailtiu began pushing the boys more. Forcing them to get out and play. A few times she even used magic to entice them into joining her. She never really meant to bully them, just wanted to get the kids out to have some fun. Playing make believe for Tailtiu at least was the only thing that could really distract her from the growing darkness in both her lives.

The girl had snuck out her window the night before she was to return to Hogwarts. Skipping stones over Mill Pond, dreading going back to Hogwarts to find out how much grimmer things had grown with Grindewald out there when a whimsical voice rang out behind her. "I can help ya Tailtiu. Let you play make believe every day" Tailtiu turned to see a boy not much older than herself there. Tilted back with fingers laced behind his head and legs crossed as if he was lounging in an invisible chair. He was draped in earthy tones of darker greens, browns, grey, and some black for his shoes. It was an odd mix of clothes that seemed to come from her world, mixed with something else. Sturdy clothes that had seen adventures, and would hold up well for many more, Tailtiu could not help but think with a slight grin.

That grin soon left while the girl bit her lip. It was surely magic he was doing, but what was he doing here? She was fairly sure it was no one from school. Definitely not anyone she knew from the town as she knew everyone here and their closest relatives. "Stop that," she snapped throwing a rock at this new boy, before someone sees you're breaking the Statute of Wizarding Secrecy!" After a slight pause, watching as Pan did a back flip to dodge the rock and land gently on his feet, she added "Who are you, anyways?"

The boy's face was lit with glee, and a very light hearted laugh joined with it as he stepped closer, black shoes shifting the rocks under them gently as he went. "Why Peter Pan, at your service!" he said bowing eccentrically before her with a wide and dramatic waves of his arms - one folding before him, the other behind. "And it wasn't... Well no, it was magic I was doing. Just not the same magic that you can do." Pan's feet slowly left the ground again, and Tailtiu spun around to watch as Pan slowly hovered around her, then swept back over the lake's surface. Floating just above the glassy surface, but not quite disturbing it's peace. "I'm from Neverland! It's even more magical than you could imagine! No spellcasting or wands needed, just your imagination to lead you! Best part, no need to worry about wars there like you do here! All we do is play make believe!" Pan moved closer again, rising up a bit more from the ground offering a hand to Tailtiu. "I can take you with me, if you want. It'll be an adventure! We can be great friends, you and me."

Tailtiu looked up at the cheerful and welcoming face. Not ever questioning how he knew her name, or was able to so precisely hit all the points of things that bothered her, or that he somehow seemed to know that playing make believe was the only thing that kept the worries from her mind. Instead, she only looked back at her house in the distance. A slight glow from a dying fire made the windows barely visible from the pond. Then, turning back, a smile soon grew over Tailtiu's face matching the large friendly grin Pan himself was wearing. They took hands, and an odd feeling washed over the witch as she was floated up with a new sort of magic she never felt before. Fingers soon lacing, a slight blush crept over her face since she never had held hands with a boy before. If Peter noticed, he didn't point it out. Instead, he used his free hand to point into the sky at a star. "Then we're off to Neverland! Second star to the right, and straight on 'till morning!"
