@Miki: You know how, on the Naruto anime, every time Naruto does something stupid, Sakura beats the crap out of him, right? Well, Tsunade has been training Sakura in the Naruto: Shippuuden series, so Sakura has an insane amount of strength in her attacks now. Sakura can decimate wood, ice, even stone with a single punch/kick. Imagine what that would do to Naruto if she got pissed off enough at him to put all her strength into an attack and punch/kick Naruto.
There was also an episode in Naruto: Shippuuden where Naruto was getting ready to peek on Sakura in the hot springs before he was warned about what Tsunade (Sakura's teacher) did to Juryia (Naruto's teacher) when he was caught peeking in on the woman's hot spring.
