i have been nagged my whole life, 'EAT!'
i'm Italian and to feed someone is to love them
so i have been trying to eat a few bites and then eat a meal later
some days i fall into the starvation mode i feel most comfortable in

*pokes hummy* You better not be as skinny as me... cause you've got my eating habit XD

Didn't know to feed is to love in italian... o.o note to self... never say no to an Italian offering food...

What kind of foods encourage hummy to eat?

in the morning nothing makes me want to eat

Have you tried maybe a morning smoothie? Some basic nutrients that you can just drink?

With smoothies though, they do have quite a bit of sugar in them from the fruit.

Well yes, but they're from fruit. So it's healthy sugars, not the processed refined stuff that just creates calories.

True Connie, I just know she has a thread about not ever having sugar o.o so I wasn't too certain if fruit sugar counted.

What is BG?
It's not making a connection in my head this morning.

I go through spells of eating yogurt. I can't eat it at all during the summer. I know its better for me to eat it than most of the crap I eat, so I do try to eat it every few days during the cooler months.

blood glucose = blood sugar level
yoplait is my favorite kind of yogurt,
but it is way too sweet for me, how sad

I had just thought about blood sugar. My brain isn't awake yet.
I usually just get the store brand, they have the big container of peach with fruit in it.

i'm trying to add a bit of regular yogurt with plain greek yogurt
blah, not the best way to enjoy what i love

I haven't tried the Greek yogurt.
Adder tried it & said it was awful, so I haven't bothered with it.

Couldn't you just have less yogurt? Like say a spoonful a day?
