Not fully. I can't deal with it anymore.

From 3.5 people with past admin/moding experience constantly pming me trying to say they know better/that they'd make great additions to the team when the sites they were with all crashed and burned.

To users not reading announcements and getting mad when they miss out on things. To people out right telling NPCs to stuff it with their community charity outreach.

I get the hint loud and clear. People don't think we're doing a good job so why bother.

I think I've wasted 500+ hours pixeling and plugging holes by absent admins this year. (I know it because time logs) It's time to take a breather or out right move on with my life. Hopefully just a breather because I like pixeling and I love Menewsha. But it's become a very toxic one sided love for me.

I need more support all around.

If I do fully leave I'll have a going away thread where my stuff is put into a draw.

I think you do a great job. I hope you don't leave.

I think many of us take mene for granted and it's easy to forget how very much work is done behind the scenes just to keep mene running. All staff put their life into this site, and it's because they love it and want it to keep going. Mene is not like other sites. We are a small community and I'm sure very few realize how much the site struggles to stay up. I myself would be very depressed if the site closed down, as it has certainly become a home to me.

I am very remorse to see that you have been being mistreated by some of the people you consider your family on here. You have always been very kind and a familiar face I look forward to seeing. I am sad that you will be leaving, but I hope that you will come back in higher spirits and stay with us.

It also comes to mind that it is very easy to misconstrue things that are in text and not spoken aloud. I do believe that at times things said on here are meant in a more innocent and less malicious way, but can be read differently depending on ones mood. Also if people are in a shit mood, they tend to subconciously take it out on others. It's easy to take things personally on here, but sometimes it's good to take a step back and have a breather, and come back when feeling better.

Neph, if that part about users refers to me, I will take some exception to that, but won't go full on frontal attack. On the other hand, I have been right where you are with the feelings of being fed up with the not being heard or supported feelings.

It is a sad day that we are losing you, even for the time you are on hiatus.

Aw Nephie I just saw this. I'm not familiar with everything that happened, which you listed, although I was there for the charity auction and I apologized before and am still sorry about what happened. (I'm not sure if you were referring to everyone involved or just a specific person who was in that thread but I still feel I should say that). I feel bad that you feel overworked and underappreciated :( which was caused by others on here
