I'm sure to your friends from other places you might have gained a little lilt. I have one of those accents that sounds kinda gray it could be from multiple places. What do yuo think you sound like long? Sorry I'm quite curious I studied english language at a-level.

Eh, I honestly don't think I have any telling accent. I moved around a lot as a kid and the longest I lived in any one place was 7 years, tied between south east Pennsylvania and Syracuse New York.
There are some words that I'll say a bit differently and a few regional phrases. But for the most part I think I'm fairly neutral.

People never have any idea where I'm from. Many think I'm European at this point. XD

Speak French enough and they're bound to think you're either from quebec or france. :P

you do have a european sound. Haha.

I mean when I'm speaking English. XD Apparently I speak French so much these days that now I have an accent in English. ^^;

I'm from the south west of england, mostly its a gray accent like a general I'm from the south of england kinda sound, but occaiosnally words I say will have a lilt of where i'm from :)

That sounds like fun! I've had a few British friends. It's always interesting to hear the different vocabulary you use over there.

Jelly and I used to have lengthy discussions about language differences.

I think my biggest tell is that I tend to speak fast. I do so much public speaking that I'm actually pretty good at speaking plainly.

Oh god I'm th worst for speaking fast! My mind moves fast so so does my mouth xD What do you do public speaking for?

When I'm working I'm a park ranger for the US National Parks. So I do a lot of education programs and outreach for schools and other groups. As well as on site general information for the public. :3

I love it, but it's mostly seasonal work and winter seasons are harder to get hired for. So I'm in unemployment limbo right now, applying to things and waiting to hear back from anything.

Omfg long im in the same thing I'm a teacher working supply and at the start of school years theres barely any work.

I have a weird accent, because my dad is southern, but my mom is from Los Angeles. So I have this southern-twang-valley girl thing going on, but I'm from Missouri. So everyone thinks I'm way more southern than I am or that I'm from California.

we had a bunch of those but they all went to my school district. I think we had 5 or 6 towns like that including mine that all went to the same school xD
