@Genji No, the donation still isn't fixed. :( And the event's almost over...

The donation thing isn't fixed because it's been removed. You can now get the other tools through the HQ and the "build" links in the toolbar. It'll cost you 3 seeds per tool set, but at least they're available now (and better than giving away 12 of each spanner/gasket/flower for each set, imo)

This is my first event on Menewsha but I've been on other sites ^.^

I can see that the chatter's really slow. Well, that's because I haven't been sticking around much in my own thread o.o. Been busy so had to flit in and out of the site.

@ Li-nee: Well, at least we can get the professional tools from the "Build" link of our HQ, but it takes so much seeds >_<.

@ Blazestorm: And yes, you still got a great username, despite the slowness and bugs in the event.

It's STILL a great event theme or concept, guys, isn't it? Despite the lags and bugs, I like the items a lot and the whole look of the place is just neat. Steampunk made it so... machiney xD. The art's fabulous too.

I'm sort in love with the HQ engineer guy, what's his name? :XD I hope he becomes an NPC :XD

So far, so good? xD I don't usually hang out during the event (even if I love it) since I'm swamped with so many papers =_= but I can't miss getting the items. It's my first complete set since like foe-evah >_<. I end up getting only parts of a set due to lurking tendencies.

Yeah, it's like you guys should come with a story/fiction plot xD. Fantasy/adventure!

well, lurking doesn't tend to help one acquire items for events like this... but i do understand. I'm usually multitasking when i'm online... it makes collecting stuff difficult sometimes!!

Multitasking works better for some things than others and it depends, imo, what else is going on around you while you're trying it... it's one thing to multitask checking email and doing a Mene event, for example, and entirely something else to multitask cooking dinner and writing a research paper! :XD

and especially when your net goes down and you have to use emergency dialup to go online just to check mail >_< got no choice but to multitask, can't linger. Whew, I'm just glad we got our professional tools.

Despite the slowness and bugs (as I said before), the fun part about events is that you get the excuse to just post and post and not think much about anything xD.
