For the Carnival Hairpin, I would be willing to offer 6.5k - almost 500g over average price.
The Who Hid the Catnip seems to have an average of 912g, with a highest sale of 2k and a lowest of 10g. I'd be willing to offer 1.2k.

Charity event? Hm, I run a year-round charity thread, with threads for every event I am around for, if that was what you meant - Halloween would be the closest right now - and run several in-charity things. Right now, I am mostly doing pageprizes, a few random donations here and there, some help for questers, an option to nominate someone you feel deserves a bit of help and newbie packets. I expect to host a larger contest either during the Halloween event, or just after, depending on my funds. Probably going to be either art or writing contest, though I might run a smaller avatar contest too.
Some smaller games should be coming up fairly soon, probably end of this week or start of next one. Not sure exactly what that one is going to be, probably trivia game(s) or such, or things like "first to quote this post gets ...". Might do a proper, planned-in-advance game or lottery/raffle sometime soon, too, but that depends on how much time I have on my hands. First-to-quote games only take the time needed to type out said post and decide on a prize, trivia-games usually take about 10-20 minutes preparation, but larger, not-so-much impromptu games that run for a longer time need significantly more planning.

i wish i had known about you back in 2007 or when ever you joined.
maybe i would have stayed active and could have helped you out a ton.
