We finally got the battery of my car recharged
It was too hot to try and drive it today, but at least now I can when I want to

Yeah. Sometimes I have fun, but then there're the times when a certain position or item or whatnot gives you more pain the arse than anything else.

Yay for new batteries! What's the temperature where you're at?

Amen to that.

I'm not sure but like, I took one step outside my airconed room into our hallways and I was already sweating I'm so glad I didn't go outside today.
This week has been the hottest week here ever. The top temperature was like 46 degrees Celsius or something awful!

Probably.
You'd definitely cook your feet if you didn't wear shoes.
We're usually at the 35 degrees to 40 degree mark (except for the few weeks of dry season. Its get a lil colder than)

bby.
We on summer all year.
We literally have none of those 4 seasons.
Our year is just split up in to two parts.
The larger part is just overly hot and rains sometimes, the other part is cold for two weeks and doesnt rain for a while.

...That...really sucks.

We have summer and sprine/autumn here. No winter. (or at least, our winters are nowhere near as cold as most other places...)

10/1/14
I drove my car today, and I got the hang of the clutch and the accelerator.
I've also had a friend come over. Hella

At least you have summer properly...?

Your car isn't an automatic? I don't know how to drive one of those manual cars.

its disgusting

Its manual. And I'm awfully terrible at it
I stalled twice in a row today, like at the same stop.
I suck so bad.

Yeah...I hate it when I'm sweating everywhere and feeling like my clothes are suffocating me.

I'm terrible at manual as well.
I'd probably kill/stall the engine while driving and then crash into a tree or something.

That's me everyday 8'D

Its harder to do it while in the middle of driving
And your car would stop if it stalls

I just can't seem to go from stopping to going quickly and efficiently. That's when I bunny hop and stall.

Well, it was given as a gift, and its my first car and mother paid for it so I'm not gonna get angry about cause why would you get angry about someone giving you a car for free holy jeepers.

It's just a little damaging to my self esteem 8'D

Yeah, coupled with some game art books

No, I've just driven with mum
Mum says I did pretty good because it was my third time driving my car, and she said she didn't even start driving on streets until ages after she practised around their yard.

Ooh, I've always liked those.
I don't think I get books as gifts very often...aside from the time when my dad bought the first four books of Harry Potter.

Oh, it was only your third time? That's pretty good then! I went to a driving yard to get lessons (not that I needed them since my dad had already taught me beforehand and autos are so much more easier than manual), and many of the manual-driving students there stalled everywhere too. A friend of mine from elementary school would rage-rant about her dad making her learn how to drive manually back when she was taking lessons from him, but I think that in the long run it would be pretty beneficial to know how to drive manually.

I buy a lot of books
I have a mini bookshelf full of them, like half of them are unread though cause there was a book sale and i couldn't stop
But I'm getting through them

I also have a shelf and have on my bigger shelf dedicated to manga and art books etc.

I still felt awful at failing though
Yeah I know but it still sucks

I wish I could buy more books...but sadly our house is crammed full enough. The last time I bought a book my dad made me return it because he said we have no space in our home for new books anymore. We've been meaning to clear out some of the old books that no one reads anymore but we often disagree with what books should be kept and what should be thrown out so we haven't made much progress yet. ;;

Most of the bookshelf in my room is crammed full of manga and novels that I bought (I've ever double-layered everything but I still can't fit everything I want on there...Kinda worry it'll collapse someday from all the stuff I've been piling on it), and some figurines I've been buying, and whatever other miscellaneous items that I've collected over the years. ;;

You'll get better! The first few times I drove the auto, I would press down on the gas/brake pedals way too hard and the car would be all jerky and stuff. Even after I got my license, when I drove with my mom on the car one day she freaked out.

I might have to stop soon cause I'm running out of room myself
If it comes to that though, we still actually have other shelves around the house so I'll just have to put my books there

My goal in life is to have a mini library. That would be beautiful.

I'm fine with driving Auto, I got that first try. Manual is just so difficult
