Hey guys!
There was a massive ice storm where I live and I've been without cable/internet for the past week! Honestly, I considered my family lucky enough to have power when over 30,000 people in my city didn't... but not having the internet kind of made me miss out on a lot the first few days of the event, namely chances to talk to folks and earn some event currency to make some purchases and whatnot.

So come and chat with me so that I can try and play catch-up a bit and start saving up some gold for the rest of the EIs and event commons that I want? I mean, at least it would benefit you, too, right?

UPDATE: Internet and cable have gone back down as of Monday afternoon. So I'm back to limited access and only via phone. :(

I just feel like I've missed so much of the event so far... five days? Ugh. >.<;

How were your holidays?

I know how you feel. I have missed a lot of the event because I do not have a stable internet connection. We are currently going from place to place again, hoping to rent our own house or appartment some time after taxes come back. Til then all we can do is go to libraries and friends' houses or other places with free wifi.

My laptop battery is pretty much a brick right now, too, so I have to be plugged in to work... which makes me feel so much less portable with him. :(
But I'm sorry you're bouncing around so much! That an't be easy!

Yeah, we are still trying to get things straightened out and together again after some bad stuff happened in early 2012. It is slowly getting fixed. Slowly.

Even if it's moving slow, I'm glad to hear that it is getting fixed! This was the year of bad stuff for me... sprinkled with a few good things. But a lot of bad.

I hope you are able to catch up on the event as well. The best way of earning tokens is Chance in my opinion. I am glad it was increased from 15 to 20.

I am really terrible at the chance game though.. i can never guess right after the 3rd try lol
