Very "swimmingly", as you put it so nicely. I'm trying to gather as much things as I can, because some of my friends are busy elsewhere, and it'll be nice to help them out. <3 But I'm very much enjoying myself. My first real Mene event, so it's quite an experience. ^-^

I also blew pretty much all my money, and am "working hard" (read, playing snake) to get some more. The new items are just so marvelous~

Aww, that's really sweet, your friends are lucky they've got someone looking out for them.

Isn't it fun though? I like the way the flowers appear now. Before, when you clicked on the event currency it refreshed the page, and whatever it was that you were doing was interrupted, now it isn't so. Only thing I miss, is how the notifiers would bounce, to let you know to collect them.

I don't know how things happened in previous events - but a kind of notification would have been pretty handy. XD Sometimes, especially the buds, are quite difficult to spot.

Also, concerning my friends - I very much think I'm the lucky one. I think I'm probably the youngest of the group (which is quite rare, since I'm 20) and we help eachother out with quests and such, without really wanting something in return. I helped one of my friends out with her quest and as a thank you she gave me this months' contribution items. XD We debated quite a lot about wether I should accept them or not, but eventually I caved. I want to try and get as much items now, to pay her (and the others) back for their kindness. <3

Don't donate to me. xD

Hello everyone! ~

Actually, no, I didn't sleep well.
I went to bed at midnight, and my mom woke me up an hour and a half later because she thought my cat broke his hip, and my dad was taking him to the emergency vet.
Then, after going back to sleep, I woke up two hours later because my brother was having a bad seizure.

And then I finally rolled out of bed around 10 this morning. And it turns out my cat had a major stroke, so they had to put him down. : (

Music~ Well, the seizure thing just happens sometimes, so it's not that bad. The cat thing is sad though. : ( Blondie was one of my first cats. I just feel bad for his brother.

East coast United States and technically it's not quite afternoon but we're only like 10 minutes away from it being so...

@Ithir: I know but I've never actually seen one of my family members have a seizure or heard of one so I can't really relate... As for the cat, I can relate. I've had several mishaps involving them... Still just the fact that all this happened in one night is a bit unbelievable.
