ahh sil im sorry ): there's this art program called fire alpaca and it's pretty decent + there's a tool called "dot brush" that's good for pixel art if you want to check that out!

Sure, can't hurt to check it out. Normally, paint work sufficiently well for pixel-art for me and otherwise GIMP does the trick, but it never hurts to check out other programs as well.
