hehe yep. my friend is a doctor and she's always telling me how she asks patients if they're pregnant, and they have to take their word for it instead of taking a pregnancy test (if the patient refuses a pregnancy test). i asked her if the doctors can make the patient sign a form that says something like IF you ARE pregnant and didn't know/didn't tell us, we are not responsible for any harm to the fetus due to procedures or medicines... and she said no. o-o but she told me it's a good idea.

yeah. kinda scary to be a doctor! if you do the wrong procedure you can get sued!! T__T
