Yeah, my dad is also extremely "frugal", so he hates buying things that aren't "neccessities" he nearly had a heart attack when I asked for a phone for my birthday. I got my first phone when I was ten, and it was his old cast off, no bluetooth or camera. So yeah.... :lol:

Yeah, as was mine, it's kinda like a family trait, though he is a real pain to go shopping with, even grocery shopping he looks for reduced things and has tried to haggle at the till a few times over the likes of bananas and food a day away from sell by dates. *facepalm*

Nowhere that I know of. But a few friends of mine had me add a birthday thread in with a wedding thread I made for them, and when the wedding plans fell out the window, I was going to close it but they wanted me to keep it.
