Randolph was unsure how to take Kas's annoyance. He wasn't just making excuses, he really did have a job to do. After a few heartbeats, he found himself growing a little annoyed, himself. “I suppose today is just an ordinary day for you, since you left the party in time. Dozens of others didn't, and for their families, today is anything but ordinary. While they may not have been murdered by another human being, there is still a lot of work to do, making sure all of the dead bodies are identified, and their families notified. Not to mention keeping people from panicking and doing stupid things out of fear of another attack. I'm not making excuses, I'm telling you the truth.” His voice, while strident, was not particularly loud.

Those green eyes had found that woman again, for some reason, she stood out more clearly than the others in the room. There was definitely something off about her, something that had nothing to do with her erratic movements. When Randolph spoke, Kasimir's annoyance only seemed to grow. His eyes lingered on the woman for a few moments longer, then they turned to Randolph. "It's still an ordinary day." Kasimir's expression softened though as he studied Randy's face, the information that others hadn't escaped with their lives intact didn't really seem to faze the German. It was a fact of life though, people died. It happened. He didn't know any of the ones at the party so it didn't much matter to him.

"Let's get out of here. I'll walk you to your car." Those green eyes darted around for a moment. Everyone that worked in the diner seemed busy with a customer or cooking. It was an opportune time to skip out, and if he was quick enough, distracting enough, perhaps even Randy wouldn't realize it. He was out of his seat in a moment and standing next to Randy. Kasimir grasped one of his hands and leaned down a bit. "Well, c'mon then. Can't have you wasting any more time." His breath tickled across Randolph's ear, Kasimir's lips almost close enough to touch the flesh there, then the German straightened, giving Randy a bright smile and his hand a tug.

As the world rushed around her Clara realized things had gotten, well... A little more complicated than she was expecting them to be. She should've shut the human up when she had the chance but no, she just had to keep on feeding. Her greed had led to unwanted attention caused by Becca's cries which in turn had her pondering the situation as she flew down the street. Well, less flew, more tossed. But tossed rather far indeed.

She had hit the muddy ground harder than she had braced herself for, pebbles tearing into her flesh and sticking in place. Nearly every part of her was covered in filth. Disgusting. In the corner of her vision she could see a red curtain preparing to descend, a filter of rage and anger, and so tightened the reigns on her emotions, no matter how much she wished to stalk back over to her meal and give whoever interrupted her a piece of her mind.

However, whoever had disrupted her feed was extremely strong and likely well versed in the way of the vampire, if the way they had removed her fangs from flesh was any indication. If her luck continued to display the dismal streak that seemed to plague her these past few days then the stranger would be the vampire who had driven by before.

A voice cut through the rush of her thoughts as well as the rain, almost as if they were standing right beside her though Clara knew this could not be the case. It was a threat, and one delivered with such a matter-of-fact tone that she knew whoever had said it would be able to follow through tenfold. Was this the one who had tossed her aside like a piece of garbage?

She looked over to where the human was and saw not two figures, but three. The human and likely the one who had first arrived on the scene were low to the ground, the third standing behind them. While the rain made it hard to make out the details of what was going on she could still see them, and the human and the other vampire were engaged in something that brought back familiar memories.

His wrist was held aloft over her mouth and she would bet the rest of her pride that a flow of crimson was draining into Becca's stomach.

So he wishes to save her by making her one of us? No - no! A human like her deserves to be kept as food, not made into kin. I would no longer be able to taste her.

Clara made movements to stand, crawling first to hands and knees. Her body ached and even with the regenerative powers that should be brought back by the blood the wounds she sustained were slow to heal. She stayed like that for a while longer, trying to stop the eddy she saw in her vision. It seemed as though she may have hit her head harder than she'd initially thought - no matter, though, as the wound would soon dissolve into nothingness.

It would be faster if I'd been able to drain the rest of Becca's body.

Pain lanced through her heart, stopping her lungs and stilling her thoughts. Everything seemed to freeze in place and all her senses save vision seemed to cease working. It was nothing but her and the silence, pressing against her from all directions as if it were to crush her and grind her into the ground. The whole ordeal took less than a minute to pass but to Clara it felt as though an entire lifetime had gone by. Everything came back to her slowly, like she was waking from a dream, and she felt disoriented.

What was that? It was nothing like I'd ever felt before...

"Carmen...?"

Kaled smiled gently in return to the one that had been offered to him, straightening the sleeves of his cassock before sighing softly.

"Unfortunately one of the errands I must attend to includes the purchasing of foods. There's not much I can make with the meagre supplies that greet me in the refrigerator. No need to think of my hunger - I have gone longer than a morning without a meal.

It took her awhile to actually start to drink it, at first it was really slow but then it sped up. He could his blood leaving not of it's on accord, it felt very strange for him to being doing this. Aiden watched her intently the entire time waiting for her to 'wake up' so he could stop. And when she did she practically all but pushed his arm away from her. He watched as she stumbled and found herself back upon the road. He didn't remember her ever being this clumsy. With amusement dancing in his now faintly glowing eyes he watched as she frantically wiped her mouth and started checking her teeth. She actually though she was a Vampire. It'd would take alot more then what they jsut did to get to that point. He wanted to laugh, not just a chuckle or snicker he actually wanted to genuinely laugh. And not just to laugh but at her.

But he did not, he stood up and looked over to the old man then back to Rebecca. "Relax, you're still human." With that he turned to the direction her sent Clara. He wasn't all to sure he should leave Rebecca here with this strange man, but he had a more clear danger to deal with. If he didn't deal with the female vampire now, she'd be hunting Rebecca until the end of time waiting for the precise moment to catch her and finish what she started. Aiden couldn't have that. Besides if the man tried anything he wouldn't let him get his way very easy. What's taking her so long.. His eyes scanned the road until he saw her form there, just standing. He took one step, followed by another, and another. He was walking down the street to her, cautiously of course. You don't exactly interrupt a meal then expect everything to be all lollipops and rainbows.

Nate nodded slightly, smile becoming a bit sympathetic. He knew what it was like to not have access to a variety of foods. Three years of his life spent on top ramen, macaroni and cheese, and maybe an order out pizza if he was feeling fancy. His last two years of college were a blur but he did remember at least wising up and discovering the wonders of buying bulk foods. He shrugged, smile fading slightly at the memories of those last years.

"Alright then," he said, returning the expression in full to his lips. "If you say so." He turned, moving toward the hallway slowly before turning again. "I'll go wait in the Chapel. Take your time." Then he exited into the hall and made his way out into the main chapel.

He let out a small groaning noise the moment he was sure he was alone, lifting his hand to rub at his forehead. He cast a glance backwards before moving off sitting in one of the pews, leaning forward and staring blankly at his knees and hands. He waited, ignoring the soft patter of rain and the slight moan of the wind. He instead concentrated on his heart, listening to the steady thump-thump. It sounded distant. He barely felt it in his chest.

((This is short and horrible and I'm really sorry but I'm like super distracted.))

Randolph wondered what Kas was looking at so intently, and glanced that direction, noticing the woman wearing a red corset. It did seem a bit odd to him that she would be dressed that way this early in the morning, but odd was a given in this town. Kasimir seemed even more annoyed by his explanation, but Randy was relieved when his expression softened. As Kasimir offered to walk him to his car, he knew he'd blown his chance. When Kas grabbed one of his hands and whispered in his ear, he blushed, yet again. When Kas gave his had a tug, he started to rise, before realizing an important fact. “We have to wait for them to bring the bill...

Peter watched as the male fed his blood to the human, it would fix her and make her whole... The thought of the innocent lives that this Vampire must have taken throughout its incarnation, and those life forces now seeping through this humans body, stirred him. But no he couldn't be distracted. Peter did not share usual emotions with humans as most sired vampires did, but he did have anger, something from which he was forged. This female vampire, a nuisance could have destroyed everything that he had planned, she could have killed or drained this innocent soft creature. And that annoyed Peter.
While the girl fed, he's attention turned to the female vampire, she was injured from the shove she had been given, disorientated... Not that it made a difference, it would just be quicker for him. Peter reached with his mind, deep inside her. He gestured with his right hand, placing it outstretched in front of him, and clenching his fist, as if to grab something invisible. Before pulling back. He made his way through this things carcass with his thoughts, passed her greasy bowels, between her rib cage. Brushed against its cold heart. He filled every blood vessel, and nerve ending with his own consciousness. Until he could feel her whole body, and the remaining life force inside her... Then he yanked hard, pulling it from her. Every tug, he felt her slip more and more to the other side. Felt what counted as her soul fight to hang on to this mortal coil. He delighted in the small little rips. Her lungs emptied of air, the blood slowed through her veins, the impulses in her brain stifled. Peter twisted it this way, then the other. And the feeling of ecstasy as the final strand of existence in this world snapped. Peter could no longer sense her thoughts...

Now seemed as a great time as any, the female vampire seemed to be distracted, but what he didn't know why. Aiden wasn't going to waste the chance for an quick end to a battle, if there was a chance he'd always take it to avoid any unnecessary movements and wounds. Rebecca probably wouldn't be able to see anything except for a few glimpses and that might just be enough to fully make her understand the world she is in. And just as Aiden had thought earlier it just wasn't going to be that easy, and just for that moment in time he did believe would be. Clara looked to be disoriented but that was not the case now.

The female was in front him, but she somehow got past him to strike him from behind, and it caused him to stumble just enough time for her to get in another one as he turned to face her, though it did not make full contact as Aiden slowed it down just enough with telekinesis so that he could more or less just brush it off. His cheek kinda of stinged more than it should, which means he didn't stop it as much as he believed he did. He could feel the blood welling up from the cut. Behind her he could see the man, somehow something was different, he looked like he was focusing. And because Aiden let his own focus slip yet again, man was he out of practice or was something just on his mind, Clara almost got a few swipes in. Even from the beginning her attacks seemed to be filled with fury and lingering pain that didn't look like his doing, it probably had something to do with her just standing there a few moments ago. In any case Aiden didn't dodge the next swing of her arm instead he caught it and flipped her over his back onto the ground. Where he preceded to pin her on her back.

Imagining chains, ropes or something along those lines to hold her down. Instead of just ending it he wanted her to suffer the pain he was to induce. Or least he wanted to. Wouldn't get very far and even if he did he wouldn't get the satisfaction of the kill. Aiden reached down and grabbed both arms, sneering, Aiden placed his foot on her chest. While pushing he pulled the other direction. He could hear it, ligaments, muscles tearing and bones dislocating. Ah the joys of ripping limbs from the body, it was wondrous. At this point pretty much all he could think about was Clara attached to Rebecca's neck, and the crimson fluid running down her skin, being washed away by the rain. He wanted nothing more to inflict more damage but most of of all to feel her heart in his hand and crushing it slowly as he stared into her cold dead eyes.

Aiden released her detached arms and reached for her throat. Something was wrong though. Clara's face seemed to have gone blank for a few seconds before it twisted in agony once more. Aiden let her go and took a few steps back. He wasn't doing that. Something told him to look behind him and he did. He looked at the old man just as he was lowering his hand. Just what did he do? And there, in the dead of the storm. Both men were looking at each other.

Still human? Becca should have felt relief, but she was still anxious, unsure, and confused. Did she need to fear Aiden? What about the other there beside him? Aiden was turning towards something, in the distance. Becca followed his gaze.

There at the treeline was the female who'd attacked her. Becca's heart rate spiked. What should she do? Could she outrun it? What about Aiden, and the other man, who Becca assumed had stopped to help? Becca had a lot of thoughts running together and couldn't form anything that made any sense.

The woman was a vampire, that she was sure of. Aiden was something... A vampire, too? But vampires were hostile, those she'd ever encountered anyway. Aiden had never seemed hostile. He was walking towards the vampire now, and Becca was unsure of why or what to think of it.

It wasn't until the woman suddenly appeared behind him, striking Aiden from behind, and that he retaliated that Becca recalled the moments after their first meeting. They had met in a tomb. She'd thought it strange, but he'd lied and said he was some kind of treasure hunter.

The pair of them were moving faster than Becca could see. It was impossible. She recalled him driving her home, and disappearing before she could introduce him to her family. She understood now how that was possible. But why did he lie to her? Even after they'd talked about vampires. was he toying with her all along?

Aiden had the vampire pinned now, but his back was to Becca. What was happening? Becca knew, when two arms fell to the ground on either side of the pair. It made Becca sick. Her head swam and darkness started closing in around her field of vision. No, she couldn't faint now. What would become of her then?

She had begun taking in deep breaths of air, looking away from the pair, unable to watch what Aiden would do next. This couldn't be. When she finally looked back, Aiden was standing there over the female, watching the man near Becca.

Her eyes dropped to the unmoving vampire on the ground. Blood pooled around her. Becca's blood, other unwilling victims' blood... Becca squeezed her eyes shut and shook her head. She'd wake up from this horrible nightmare, now.

She opened her eyes. Nope. She was still there on the ground in the middle of the road where she'd been attacked by a vampire. She was still staring down the road at a vampire she'd thought a human friend, and there was a stranger beside her, who didn't seem to feel that any of this was unusual.

Becca stood on wobbly legs. Her left leg hardly hurt anymore at all, her left arm felt like normal, her clavicle a dull ache... She reached up to touch her neck, rubbing her fingers over two holes that were already smaller than they had initially been. She brought her fingers away to see blood on her shaking hand and beyond that, a dead woman in the road in a puddle of blood...

It was too much. It was all too much. The trees spun and the sound of rain dulled. A dark curtain began its descent over Becca's eyes, and the last thing she would remember was the asphalt quickly rising to meet her.

Lilith pouted when the blonde had found her, whether it was coincidence or not he wanted to leave. In any case he clearly didn't want to play, how sad. She looked over to the other one in his company, the one who was in uniform. "Maybe we should ask that one about it." She sighed as she hopped off the stool. Stretching with her arms over her head, she started walking over to them. It sounded and looked alot like they were going to dodge the bill. How naughty. When she did finally get within a good distance about a arm and half lengths between her and them. "Could you tell me if there is a shop that sells trinkets and the like around here?"

Randolph was distracted from his concern about the bill, by the woman who Randolph had noticed earlier coming over, and asking about a trinket shop. Randolph realized she was wearing sunglasses, which seemed odd as not only was she inside, it was a gray and rainy day. He noticed that she smelled a bit odd as well, a scent he couldn't quite place, but it seemed to rub his fur the wrong way. Randolph winced internally at the turn of phrase his mind had come up with. He focused on the woman gradually and nonchalantly moving his right hand into a position where he could draw his gun quickly, if he needed to. “I suppose it depends on what kind of trinkets you're looking for, ma'am. Pretty much all the shops are in or very near the town square, though.

Peter noticed the vampire looking at him, as they caught each other's gaze. He felt the power trickling throughout him, his annoyance, and frustration. As though the thunder had been stolen from him. Peter understood this, but could not empathise, these emotions were an inconvenience, and jeopardised the plans. But Peter turned his head to look at the fallen corpse, and then back towards the human, who seemed to be still dazed...But alive, that is what counted.
A dagger of lightning struck in the distance, the rain turned to hail. Ricocheting off the road, tearing the leaves form the trees. It pounded off Peters shoulders, his suit drenched, and face in shadow. The lines in his face more contorted and twisted, than before, the dim light making his face grey and appearing as a gargoyle. He took another gulp from the flask in his pocket. He seemed a lot taller and straighter than before. Another burst of blue electricity smashed into a tree nearby, sending splinters whirling in the wind. He spoke softly now but matter of factly as though speaking to a child, and as if explaining something simple, sounding as though each breath a second of his time given reluctantly.
"She still posed a threat, and it was taking to long, your emotions betray you, the humanity within you cares for that human... But she is important to me too. I cannot allow her to be harmed. You have great power, the demon within you gives you much strength, but I fear whether you can protect her, truly, your soul has the stench of humanity. I can make you stronger, show you what it truly means to be a vampire? But alas I'd fear you would not be able to control that power. But you can be help your kind, put an end to the lycanthrope threat, you mistrust me I can sense that, but would you forsake this human creature, and your kin?

Aiden's eyes shifted from the man to Rebecca as she stood up on seemed to b e weak legs. He could see the first signs of her passing out. She started to go limp and was leaning back and alittle bit to the side with her still healing leg. Aiden ran past the man to get to Rebecca to catch her, with her falling on his back. Reaching behind him, and her legs he hooked his underneath their respective legs. In the distance there was thunder followed by lightning strikes. And to boot it was now starting to hail, thankfully for Rebecca nothing too huge. Aiden didn't like the man already and the way the storm was making him look didn't help much. He watched as he took a flask and drunk something. Whatever it was it seemed to change the man somehow, but he wasn't to sure what was changed... he seemed taller?

"What's left of my humanity is not a problem. I'd admit I let my.. human side get the best of me. But I can... no I will protect her. From anything." He paused for a second to think. His kin? Meh more of them are nothing but savage beast that he despises. But Rebecca... no he could not do that to her, something won't let him. "I won't forsake her...or my kin. And if you have a means to getting rid of those mutts..then I'm in. And what is this power you speak of and why is she so important to you?"

---

"In the town square...? I see... perhaps you can save me some time from searching all of the shops." She took in a small breath and looked off to the side. "I'm looking for an antique shop, something with old vintage trinkets... things you don't see being made anymore. Do you know if there is such a shop..officer?" She looked back to officer towards the end of her sentence. Lilith shifted all of her weight on one foot as she waited for a reply.

It was exceptionally quiet, watching the building closely and deliberately. No detail escaped without its notice. It could not approach. There were walls around this place, tall and strong. Walls it could not pass. And that was quite disturbing to it. There had never been a wall it could not pass, never a place it could not sit and curl and conform to every strange shape and watch. The fact that here, now, it could not follow was deeply unsettling.

Its entire frame turned sharply at a noise, a tug of air that did not disturb the sleeping creatures in the slightest way. In fact it was noise in feel alone. What could be considered a head tilted, curious yet cautious.

Its indecision was quelled by the bright crack of lightning above, it's not-head craning upward as it turned its vision to the sky. Then it moved, fast and almost jittery, like it was rushing through the air and sliding through spaces that didn't exist. It stayed off the ground as it got deeper into the wood, staying off soil stained with old blood, sliding and spidering through branches.

It arrived at the source of the 'noise' when another arc of electric power snapped at a tree, curling its body around the scorched and wretched trunk, leaving itself unseen by conventional eyes. It would make itself known if it had too. Tiny apes were on the road, one unconscious, another dead. Two others were standing and seemed to be communicating. They were different, creatures the little apes deemed as 'vampires.'

The tall creature paid no attention to the silver haired on though, ignored the one with the face of a young ape. No. Its gaze was plastered to the older one, the one who's skin bristled and pulled at its vision, old magic arcing under skin like electricity through wires. Old One. The tall one bristled itself now, angry and a tiny bit offended by the Old One's presence. Too old. Too strong. He could walk in parts of this wood that it itself could not. He was a threat. He would have to be watched. Studied. It started to slink away, unwilling to stay so close to one so Old. Some Old Ones could See, spot things younger ones could not. It would not take the chance to be spotted here. Not now.

Back in the Church Nate twitched, head snapping up and his head twisting and his eyes locking on the doors behind him. Like something had moved, caught his attention. Nothing was there. He swallowed hard, dropping his head again. He felt suddenly uneasy, agitated. His fingers twitched tensely in his lap and his headache started to increase.

The storm raged on, the trees, and rain deafening, it was hard to tell if what time it was, it should have been midday by now, by it may as well have been midnight. The dark clouds loomed over as though a dark mountain range cut from coal.
"This power is a power that lies within your blood, deep down, but it is there, amongst the very molecules of your being, amongst the d.n.a strands of your human shell. You still have a lot of humanity inside you, compassion" he took a pause... "Love", he stated with a distaste.
"These things can stop you reaching your full potential. But even these, I am not so naive as to know they can be useful. I have seen their power, once long ago. A man did show me that". Peter looked in thought as he recalled something in his mind, before continuing.
"But there is one other barrier for you, you were born human, and sired from the offspring of Judas, and along with his gift of near immortality, you gained his curse." Peter cut himself short, and began again
" With regards to her?... In her possession is the key to unlocking the ability to destroy the lycanthrope vermin, and this red item is the thing I have been searching for, for longer than you would perhaps imagine. So for now protect her, as best you can." Peter stopped and stared not at Aiden or Becca, but past them into the distance, into nothing "As I sense a disturbance in the force, the force that provides the darkness for this world, something draws near, that concerns me" he turns to look at Aiden, "and someone like me, for something to concern me, that should indeed worry you... Now take her somewhere safe"

At least Kasimir had the decency to look embarrassed when Randy mentioned the bill. "Oh..of course! The bill." Was he loosing his charm? That annoyed him greatly but he didn't let it show, instead he just gave Randolph an embarrassed smile, and looked around for the waitress. Ready to motion her over and ask for the bill. Before he could even lift a hand at her, the strange woman came over. Her close presence sent a chill down Kasimir's spine. There was something definitely off about her. Something. Kasimir didn't want to assume that she wasn't human, but he was suspicious of her and her intentions. So, Kasimir gave her a charming smile, almost flirty one as she came so near and started asking questions.

Trinkets and antiques. Kasimir looked her over again for a moment. Something was definitely off and it had nothing to do with wearing sunglasses inside, on a stormy day, or maybe it did. He let Randy answer the woman's questions, just listening for now. Kasimir's every instinct told him this woman might be dangerous, and instinct was something he listened to, most times he ignored it after listening to it, but still he was more cautious generally. Sometimes. He caught the waitress' eye and moved away from Randy and the woman. Meeting the waitress halfway, he shoved some money into her hands, as much as he didn't want to, before returning to Randy and the strange woman.

That flirty smile on his lips again. "I could escort you around town, if you like. Maybe we could have some fun." Of course his voice took on a suggestive tone as he said the word 'fun'. "My boyfriend doesn't want to play with me at all." Kasimir pouted at that. "He's all work and no play, isn't that boring?" That pout had turned to an amused smile and amusement glinted in his green eyes, as he looked to Randy for a reaction.

Randolph watched Kasimir go and meet the waitress and push some money into her hands out of the corner of his eye, not taking his attention off of the woman with the purplish black hair.. He wondered if what Kas had given the waitress was enough to cover the bill, then decided he'd come back later and double check. When Kasimir returned and offered to escort the woman around town, he winced internally. He'd probably runined any chance he had with Kasimir, and for what? He knew the police weren't actually going to be able to do anything productive besides identify bodies and notify families, and he doubted it would matter if he lost his job, in all probability he only had a couple of weeks to live. Still, he just couldn't make himself abandon his responsibilities like that.

He was a little confused by Kasimir's next statement. If he'd blown his chances, would Kasimir be calling him his boyfreind? Or was he not serious? As Kasimir continued, he sighed, blushing. “I know how to play, when it's time to do so. I also know how to do my duty, when it's time to do that.” He paused considering the lady's question. "I do know of one shop that sells antiques." He glanced at his watch, and decided he had enough time. "I could show you where, if you want?"

Compassion? Love? He really still had such a thing? Well that might explain why he was really protecting Rebecca, but he wouldn't know that yet. He listened though rolled his eye internally, the only reason he was attracted to her and compelled to protect her was because of her aura and that pendant. But that power.. does sound tempting. Could he actually gain more power that's possibly hidden within him?

Aiden raised a brow he was quite intrigued by what he said next, though it was clear he wasn't going talk anymore about that man. The storm was getting worse, he knew it would, the only thing that hasn't come to pass were tornadoes or a hurricane. Though those don't very often so it must just be a tropical storm or a really bad one. He shouldn't stay out here to long for Rebecca's sake.

The man was talking about her pendant. It was the only red thing that she had.. he knew there was something special about the pendant he just couldn't remember what exactly. And just what was the man staring at? He wanted to look but he just stared at the man instead. Aiden narrowed his eyes when he told him he sensed a disturbance in the force. He didn't like that one bit. Aiden was at first was doubting him but that doubt was tossed aside at his last comments.

Aiden gave a slight nod. He didn't need to be twice, and he didn't worry about asking where he would be or tell the man where he be. They would find each again face to face sooner or later, and when that happens, things will be set into motion. He took off towards his car, he opened up the car and put her carefully inside and the seat belt over her. It'd be terrible if he got pulled over just because of that. He looked over at her bronco, he'd have to come back for that later. He went over to his side, and started up everything he needed to, to get going.

Since he wasn't really concerned all too much about cops that would be patrolling he speed all the way home, using short cuts. Right in front of his was a large dire wolf, staring at his car. He parked just outside the garage, turning off the engine he looked over to Rebecca. She still seemed to be knocked out. Aiden was suddenly on her side already lifting her out of the car, the next moment he was opening his door and letting Sasha in the house. "Go get me a blanket Sasha." He told her as he went into the living room and was about to lay her on the sofa when he remember she was drenched in rain. Small things like that often slipped his mind just as him taking off her clothes putting her into new ones was kind of... eh.

Sasha knew the girl needed a change of clothes she just grabbed a long shirt along and towel with a blanket from upstairs. She trotted back downstairs and into the living room to find Aiden standing there with Rebecca in his arms.

Aiden set Rebecca down on the floor with her back leaning on the sofa legs. And without further adieu he proceeding to take off all but her undergarments. She was healing, but in the process of taking off his clothes he see there still some blood in her hair and faint bruising over her body, it'd be gone soon enough though. "Tch.." He dried off and what clothes she had left on the best he could. Then slipped on the shirt Sasha have gave him then laid her upon the sofa. Aiden walked off to the fireplace to kinder the wood and start a fire, after it started going he sat right where he was and leaned on his hands sighing.

Sasha watched him for a bit then took the blanket and covered Rebecca, having to place her front paws onto the spaces of the couch the girl wasn't occupying to put the blanket on her properly. Sasha looked at the girl for a few seconds before laying down by the couch and curling up.

Lilith looked over to blonde when he left, curious as to why he left. Was he that displeased with his company? Oh maybe he was a bad boy running from the law and this is his dirty cop friend, but he refused to help him escape from the law this time. Then I should meet him one fateful night and we run together from the law. Oh and then I can have a double life where I go out at night a kill all the sons of bitches who crossed him. And I will kill them in many different ways. Other I will torture
for all eternity and heal them before the die and repea.... She stopped her fast track mind when the blonde came back.

His smile was so flirty, that if she could she might have fainted. But nope. Though since she fed recently and there was fresh blood, her cheeks turned a light pink. He looked so cute, so cute she could just eat him all up. "Sure let's go have some fun." She smiled. There was a pause as he pouted for emphasis. When he asked if his boyfriend was so boring she nodded, and replied "Oh that just won't do at all!" And then the boyfriend spoke up, he too was blushing. Probably embarrassed. Oooh he knows when to be serious.

She perked up when he told her there was a shop that had what she wanted. "Oh what will I do? Two cute boys both offering." She looked between them both, then suddenly linked arms with them not caring about social rules. "Well I'd just feel terrible if separated you two lovelies...so why don't we go together.. maybe we can all have fun" She had emphasis on the fun just as the blonde did with his earlier, and smiled as she started to lead them out t he diner.

Now, they wouldn't noticed anything about her temperature it was just like anybody else s.. but the fact she just barged in and practically acted like she knew them might make them unsettled or it might not. Either way, she was pretty great. Two guys on each arm.

Becca had fainted from the sheer mental exhaustion of everything happening. Her body had kept her asleep to heal, though healing wouldn't take as long as it should have. Healing should have taken her many weeks. But thanks to Aiden, it would only be hours.

They had been at Aiden's house for a short time, maybe thirty minutes, when Becca began to stir. She wasn't in her bed. A familiar smell surrounded her, though it wasn't that of her room, or her home, nor Onyx's home. She was warm, much warmer than she'd been all day, and dry.

Sapphire eyes fluttered open to stare up at an unfamiliar ceiling. A fire was crackling nearby, casting an orange glow about the room. What room? Becca sat up, realizing she was in a shirt that wasn't her own. Her hair had mostly dried, very wavy, and she wasn't feeling any pains anymore at all. In fact, she felt great.

She felt someone watching her, and turned her head to see Aiden. Her eyes met his, and she just stared back at him, unsure of what to say, or do. Becca wasn't sure whether she should fear Aiden, or thank him. She wasn't even sure what exactly had happened. Waking, just made everything from before just seem like a bad dream. Especially since she had no wounds to prove it.

Becca reached up to feel for holes in her neck, afraid to take her eyes away from the one who could be her next threat. Her fingers found nothing. It didn't make any sense. She reached for the wound in her hair, and found nothing. She frowned deeply. Had it all been imagined?

Aiden heard Rebecca stirring, and turned alittle so he could look over at her. He just stared blankly at her, wondering what exactly what she was thinking. Out of no where he kinda felt what she was thinking, she didn't exactly know what to do.. she was confused and unsure. He watched as she checked herself for the wounds she had earlier and come up empty handed. There really was no use in telling her a different story, after all that she's been through. She had the party just only yesterday night, and then this incidence midday. It was all too close together for even her to believe none of it really happened. And even if he didn't tell her what happened she most likely wouldn't believe him and if she did her most inner thoughts would resurface.

It was best to tell her now, not everything, but more less most of the truth. Fervently telling someone something else while they experience something entirely different may turn the person insane. Or they just end up concluding your nothing but a liar, nothing else. In any case it was best he didn't make any sudden movements to frighten her, or give her any reason to truly fear him.

But where to start? From the beginning, or just today? Aiden decided to only just talk about today and that should be adequate enough for her to piece things together on her own. "You're not imagining things you know. It may be hard for you to accept this.. but what you saw...what you thought you saw.. it was all real. I didn't want you to see, not like this.. or what I did." He paused as he turned towards her alittle more, the fire at his back. "You may find it hard to trust me now... just know that all this time I haven't done anything to you. Except save you... twice." Admittedly the first one just kinda happened so why not take partial credit for it? "Atleast you can trust that fact." There was a moment of silence between them, before he spoke again. "Whether or not you fear me is entirely up to you.

Sasha's ears perked when she heard the two.. well Aiden conversing. It seemed the human would be fine.

He didn't want her to see? To see him for who he was, or this life in general? She finally broke her stare when he reminded her of what he'd done, looking down at her blanket. Yes, he was to be feared, dangerous. Though somehow, she had a hard time seeing him as all bad. Not when he'd saved her, what did he say, twice?

She nodded when he finished speaking, slowly lifting sapphire eyes to look at him. To really look at him. There were subtle differences there, between him and a human, now that she was really looking. He sat too still. Like a predator. His chest didn't seem to rise as fall as heavy as a human's might.

"You're a, vampire," she whispered, half asking, half stating, as if she still might not be so sure. Why didn't he just tell her the truth to begin with? Probably because she would have laughed. Then why wouldn't he have just shown her? Probably because she would have run away. She didn't blame him for not being honest, not really. Besides, she didn't figure vampires could just go around telling people they were vampires.

She was frowning in thought. She had a lot of questions. Becca was intrigued, curious, almost... excited. What must it be like to be a vampire? How old was Aiden? Did they really hate garlic, like in the movies? A more important question prodded her mind. "Did, I drink blood?" That part had to be something she dreamt at some point between when she fell unconscious and when she woke here. But she wanted to be sure.

Becca had more questions yet. Did Aiden sleep here, or in the tomb in a coffin? Or maybe he hung upside down from a pillar, as a bat! Could he do anything awesome? Or maybe he just killed people. Oh my God, did he kill people? Probably he did, what else could he eat? Maybe he could eat normal food, or drink blood bags, or something. How would he get ahold of those? Probably you couldn't just order a case offline.

A light movement caught her attention from the floor, and for the first time her eyes moved to the floor level. There, beside the couch was the biggest dog she'd ever seen. No wonder she hadn't noticed before. Her brain hadn't recognized that the large pile of fur in the floor could actually be an animal. Oh no! "A werewolf!" Becca exclaimed, clutching the blanket to her chest as she tried melting into the couch. Weren't those dangerous, too!?

Kasimir's amusement and playfulness quickly turned to hurt. It was amazing how he could switch through so many emotions and facial expressions so quickly and easily. As if someone clicked a switch. He blinked those green eyes at Randolph, looking hurt and a little annoyed. "Oh..I see how it is. A face prettier than mine asks for something and you've all the time in the world to spare for her, but I ask for something and it's all, 'I gotta get back to work, I gotta go question more people even though they won't tell me anything useful.' If you didn't like me, you could just say so." Kasimir was pouting rather efficiently now, oh but he was having so much fun teasing and toying with Randy.

When the woman seemed to encourage his idea of fun, Kasimir's expression changed again. This time an expression of adorable pleading. Complete with big green puppy dog eyes and everything. "Ooh. Randy, can't the four us have fun? You can play hooky for just a couple more hours, can't you?" He watched the other male with pleading expectancy even with the woman between them. Her arm hooked in both of theirs, Kasimir reached over with his other arm to pat her hand gently. Perhaps her social behavior would have made Kasimir suspicious, if he didn't act so socially crazy in the first place. Her temperature seemed fine, as far as he could tell, but Kasimir knew that didn't mean much. Still he would assume she was a human until given actual proof.

She was starting to believe but she was still alittle unsure, it was to be expected he suppose. "If I told you out right, things would have turned out differently...by alot." Then she asked the question he deliberately left out. He stared at her for the longest time, before he simply just gave a nod. "You did. And you feel fine right now, don't you?" He grinned. Aiden studied her face and could it had nothing but questions written all over it, it was going to be a pain to answer all those question if she choose to voice them all at once... but nonetheless he would oblige. "Anything else?" He asked just before her eyes wandered to Sasha who was laying down right next to her on the floor.

He couldn't help but laugh, it was so... cute? She was trying to hide under the blanket and melt into the couch. It was as if when you were a little kid and you thought being under your covers would protect you from anything could be true. He couldn't blame her though, Sasha was pretty darn big. "That.. is where you wrong. She is not a werewolf, she is simply a wolf. A Dire Wolf to be exact... and before you ask... no I don't like werewolves."

Sasha looked up at Rebecca when she called her a were wolf, she made the canine equivalent of a human snort while folding her ears down. She sat up looking Rebecca over as she tried to practically merge with the catch. Taking one last look she moved away from the towards fireplace, not quite standing next to Aiden. The position she was in term of the fire made her eyes glow yellow. It was always alittle creepy but cool when an animals eyes reflected. And since her fur was white it kind of gave Aiden's eye a tiny glow to it but not much. "She's friendly.... won't bite..much." He held back a smile while waiting for a reaction from her.

Sapphire eyes peeked over the blanket at this 'Dire Wolf'. Aiden was laughing at her. The wolf seemed to understand the conversation in a way normal animals shouldn't be able to. The beast stood, and moved away from her to give her space. The animal stood by the fire, watching Becca with glowing yellow eyes. It was eerie.

Aiden said she wouldn't bite much. Becca picked up on the joke, though she wondered how often that giant hadbitten. Either way, she didn't seem to be a threat to Becca, and neither did Aiden for that matter. But why?

Becca had pieced together most things by now. The vampires at the party were real. The police officer on the case knew the truth. She'd been attacked by a vampire who'd probably been hunting her, for whatever reason. She'd consumed vampire blood, which clearly healed her, from Aiden, who was a vampire. That explained why he'd been able to see so well in the tomb, when she'd just thought he was used to the darkness, and how he'd disappeared so quickly at her house.

Her house. Her dream. "The night you brought me home. I fell asleep in my room. You were there weren't you?" Becca recalled waking to see him there, but he was gone in the blink of an eye. She thought she'd been dreaming, but she'd seen his speeds. She recalled his smell when she woke. That was no dream. She watched him now, wondering if he'd think her ignorant of the situation, wondering if he would lie.
